HIVELEARNERS CREATIVE SUNDAY - BROKE ME FIRST COVER

Helloooo there 🤗, you are welcome to my creative blog for the Hivelearners creative-sunday. Today I shared a song cover of a song titled "BROKE ME FIRST" by Tate McRae. I did an acapella cover of the song.

This song is a song that talks of the revenge one could get for hurting someone in a relationship. To think that I just read a post from someone where she talked about being in a relationship or being single, it only helped me imagine why this revenge most times is unavoidable.

The truth is, no matter how we try to avoid being offended, we are still definitely going to get offended and even though we don't, it won't be the same for our partners. Just for the fact that we all think and see things differently is more than enough to justify why people get misunderstandings but then that doesn't mean there is no way to fix some of these things.

But sadly, some people get really hurt to the point that all they want is just to get back at the one that has hurt them and they never feel bad about it because they were the ones that got broken first. In fact they find joy or solace in paying back in the same way or even more that they were paid in.

This happens most times because maybe they have endured too much what they can handle and that just makes then get really tired at some point. Due to how scared they are of losing someone they love, they find themselves holding up longer than they should. And then it gets to the point when they just can't take it anymore because they get wiser.

They start seeing those red flags they've ignored for so long and this time they react differently to them in a way that their partner would notice that things are no longer how they seem. They start sharing their frustration through their attitudes so the next person knows that they can't be fooled any longer.

It's hard to just keep up with someone in a relationship when they don't treat you the way you ought to be treated and it's only a matter of time before you can keep taking that. Sometimes you only get to realize that you deserve more when someone else treats you better.

But then it's good to always remember that it's easy for someone to treat you very nice for the first time they met you if they have an ulterior motive (not everyone though, there are still some good people out there). So you just have to be careful not to get broken because if you do you might just never get the chance to heal from your brokenness. Or it might take you really long before you do and that might cause you someone better.
