How I Fought To Gain Strength and Energy?

Before going further, I would like to say thank you to those who are always there and here for me. I was really in painful situation when I heard about the news in my family while I am also not feeling well here in my workplace. My co-worker was worried looking at me sleeping too early at night. She knew me, I am not lazy but she told me that she was checking me if I was still breathing. Even my boss called my phone, I didn't hear it so they came into my room but I didn't notice them at all. I was likely looking dead person maybe. I wanted to go to the doctor but I couldn't speak and just closed my eyes. Maybe, I was tired, was chilling and I was crying a lot too until I got asleep.I slept 9 hours. I was shocked when my lady boss woke me up asking the uniform of the youngest daughter.

So when I woke up yesterday, tears were still falling. I felt tired of lying my back on my bed, I did my work instead. I took medicine and this week.I will go to the doctor this coming May 5. I have monthly schedule on that day.

Instead of lying in my bed, I washed the carpet under the heat of the sun at 10am, to released the negative energy inside, I want sweating a lot.

*While finalizing the washing of the carpet, I was tempted to take a bath. They were all sleeping and no one watching the cctv so I took the hose and put the water on my head and body.It helped a lot and I recover my energy🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.Thanks God🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. I felt like it cured my body pain and regain my strength.

Beating the heat to both myself and my plants. We both happy yesterday, I opened the electrical switch for the water so it became stronger. A lot of water in the desert. How blessed we are😇😇😇!

Only me can help myself. Only #ofw can relate everything what's going on. I am worried if it is related to my lungs since my friend used a lot of chlorox mixed with other cleaner liquid. I told her not to mix it together, the smell is so strong. Sometimes, she clean our room late at night while I am already sleeping. If I noticed, I talked to her but when I am in my deep sleep, she did it. I talked to her yesterday that I will sleep outside if she does cleaning while I'm sleeping.

Today is hotter than yesterday because I get out at 9:30am but the temperature already soar at 38°c

How hot earlier in the morning. At this moment, I went to the store, no choice to buy chicken for lunch. No one get out for it but me. How I wish to drink very cold drinks or buy ice cream but I control myself. It will hurt my throat if I do it. This is the real time to be healthy. No one can survive of you are sick and weak. The financial distability with matching weak mindset will ruin our life.

Be strong people and have faith. We are here not to be rich but helping each other is the best.
