Home-Cooked Meals Vs Fast Food…

As a woman, a lot of people feel one of your hobbies should be cooking or even what you like to do most. Well, this does not apply to everyone. There are so many women who don’t like to cook just like me too and if I get to cook, it’s usually because I’m broke. Let me get to answer some questions which may serve as a way for you all to know more about me.

Do I cook my food myself?

In most cases, I don’t cook my food by myself. I mostly prefer to go outside to buy food. You may call me lazy but I’m sure I’m not lazy. I’m hardworking to the core but there are days when the body will be tired. Even when I’m not tired, I’ve always loved to buy my food outside and I don’t go to the local restaurants around me because the majority of them can never be trusted. So I go to bigger ones and the ones that are well known.

Well, there are a few cases in which I cook. I cook when I’m broke. We all know how expensive it is buying food outside so I always make sure that I cook once I’m going broke. I don’t have to wait until I’m damn broke before I begin to cook for myself. Once I’m getting there, I’d know and I always adjust my lifestyle too so I get to the kitchen immediately and begin to cook for myself.

If I had a jam-packed work schedule, and I could easily afford buying food, would I do it?

God knows I so much dislike stress. I don’t like to associate myself with anything that will stress me in any way. Even if my work schedule is not busy, if I could afford buying food everyday of my life, I’m going to do that.

Well, this does not mean that I’m not a good cook. At the same time, I don’t get to cook since I’m the only one at home. I think people are usually lazy to cook for themselves when they are living alone and I guess that’s what I’m facing right now. If I have someone I’m planning to get married to, I’m surely going to cook for the person and that will give me a reason to cook instead of cooking for my lazy self.

What’s one thing that makes me rely on home-cooked meals?

The only time when I rely on home cooked meals is when I’m in my parents house. Even if I go home today, my mother will still be the one to cook and that’s the best period for me to rely on home cooked meals. Nothing beats your mother’s food so my mind is always at rest whenever I’m going home because I’m going to need a sumptuous meal at home.
