Mushroom hot pot used to be often priced higher than other types of hot pot because while the meat could be frozen, the mushrooms had to be fresh and prepared on the same day to preserve their sweetness. Unlike other varieties of hot pot which feature a multitude of vibrant colors, mushroom hot pot typically had a more subdued appearance. It was characterized by a creamy white broth simmered for hours with chicken or pigeon bones, infused with the flavors of red apples, wolfberries, and shiitake mushrooms.

This mushroom hot pot restaurant is called: "Four Season Mushroom Hot Pot" ( Lẩu Nấm Tứ Quý)

The restaurant was spacious and clean. In the morning, they served pho, and in the evening, they offered mushroom hot pot. The mushroom hot pot was available in combo sizes for 2, 4, 6, or 8 people, as well as a royal-style mushroom hot pot combo. You could order individual dishes, but they were more expensive, so I recommend going for the combo to enjoy a variety of dishes at a good price. I ordered a mushroom hot pot for 2 people, which included black chicken, assorted mushrooms, pork ribs, fresh beef, tofu, vermicelli, spinach, and kale. The tableware was served thoughtfully and brought a sense of elegance. There were about 10 tables in the room, each divided into small sections to ensure privacy for customers. The staff were attentive, adding ingredients to the hot pot and always standing by to assist customers. In one room, there were about 4 serving staff members, providing excellent service. However, there was one downside: despite having many fans and 7 air conditioners, the room was too hot. This made customers uncomfortable while eating. You know, hot pot is a very hot dish because of the steam, and it's best enjoyed in a cool environment. However, because it was too hot, they lost many customers. Some customers sat down at a table but left after 5 minutes because of the heat. They should consider using industrial air conditioning instead of regular air conditioning.

I wanted to enjoy many other dishes at the restaurant because the menu was extremely rich, but we decided to eat quickly and leave.Nevertheless, they still provided excellent service and delicious, fresh food. The ingredients were neatly arranged and beautifully presented on the plates, while the mushroom hot pot was elegant and sophisticated. The broth was rich and sweet, and the chicken was tender and succulent. Overall, the food quality was impeccable, but unfortunately, due to the heat, they missed the chance for customers to enjoy other dishes.

Some other delicious dishes on the menu you can try (hot pot dipping ingredients): rooster testicle, pheasant, shrimp, sturgeon, eel, baba, pig stomach, beef shank, ganoderma, abalone mushrooms, pearl mushrooms soaked, king oyster mushroom, white wood-ear mushroom, black fungus, enokitake, fatty mushrooms, termite mushrooms, seafood mushrooms, ganoderma lucidum, hericium erinaceus, turkey tails, straw mushrooms, yellow truffle mushrooms, melaleuca mushroom, bamboo shoot mushroom.,...

The price for 2 people was $14 per combo. However, the mushroom hot pot was quite small. To have a full meal, it would cost at least $25 for 2 people. If the space had been cooler, we could have ordered more dishes. Rate:
