First the staff brought me hot coals and a grill, then I went to the food counter to choose food.

There are countless foods to choose from such as: pork belly, beef pork, pork breast, mushroom pork belly, pork shoulder, pork ribs, chicken thighs, chicken feet, chicken wings, chicken organs, sausages. sausage, pigeon meat, frog meat, pig intestines and many other types of meat. There are two types of meat that I like the most: enoki mushroom rolled pork belly and pork belly. They are marinated deliciously, and although there are many options to choose from, I only took these two types of food. I would have preferred to eat shrimp, squid, and grilled oysters, haha. Fresh and fatty oysters have been cleaned and placed on layers of ice for preservation. When we go to get food, we need to add cooking oil, peanuts, green onions, and dried onions to cover the oysters, and then put all the ingredients on top. Eat on the grill and wait. I love eating grilled food with kimchi and lettuce; they are really interesting complementary ingredients. I also love the purple cabbage salad here; the cabbage is sliced 1mm thin, then you can add dressings on top to mix to suit your taste. I ladled the sesame sauce on top of the vegetables; oh, the sweet and fatty flavor and the cool crunch of the cabbage, every time I go to this restaurant I end up eating 2 plates of salad. The grilled meat takes about 20 minutes to cook.

When the grill was black, we asked the staff to change it for us. The staff there were very enthusiastic and quick. Whenever the leftover plates were finished, they came and cleaned them up, which is why the table always clean. There were about 9 types of dipping sauces, although I didn't know their specific names, each had its own recipe, and I didn't know how to prepare that delicious dipping sauce. After eating the grilled food, the staff brought me a hot pot, and I took a lot of clams, crabs, shrimp, mantis shrimp, squid, and vegetables. The interesting thing was that diners could freely go to the seafood tank to catch live swimming shrimp and crabs, haha. As long as you could eat, they did not limit the amount of food you could take. However, if you wasted even 100 grams of food, you would be fined. The seafood was really fresh. I got Chinese cabbage, okra, bok choy, enoki, and sweet mushrooms to dip into the hot pot; in general, everything here was available, and I couldn't complain about anything. There were actually a lot of dishes that I didn't have time to enjoy because there were too many options to choose from. After eating, we could choose fruit, dessert tea, or ice cream for dessert. Fresh fruits were selected according to the season and neatly sliced and presented on glass plates. I quite liked taro ice cream, coconut ice cream, chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, durian ice cream, and green tea ice cream here. The ice cream wasn't too sweet; it was quite fragrant. I only tried a small piece of each type. My favorite dessert was tapioca pomelo soup. The pomelo pulp was washed many times until the bitterness was gone, cooked with green beans and cassava flour until thickened. When eating this dish, you needed to put the grapefruit sweet soup in a cup, then add coconut pearls, followed by a layer of coconut milk, and finally dried coconut and crushed ice.

The restaurant was spacious with 2 floors, capable of accommodating 300 people. The chef's counter was located opposite the food counter to ensure timely food delivery. Additionally, there was a small play area for children, so if you brought small children, you could still enjoy your meal to the fullest while also taking care of your children. It was the ideal place to dine and meet friends and relatives. The food quality was rated 10/10, excellent!
