How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. Today I have come before you with another new post. Today my post is a recipe post. One of my favorite drinks. I have made it. Today I have made a healthy and tasty drink recipe with black plum and apple drink. I hope you like it.

In the drink I made today, I used two fruits. One of them is black jam and the other is apple. These two fruits are very healthy and very beneficial for our health. Each fruit is very beneficial for our health. Fruits contain different types of vitamins that are very beneficial for our body. That is why each of us should eat fruits every day to get the necessary nutrients for the body. And if that is through a healthy drink, then there is no problem. I try to have a healthy drink for breakfast every day when I wake up in the morning. That is why I make such drinks or smoothies with different types of fruits and different things.

Let me discuss some things with you about the many benefits of jam and apple for the body. Jam is very beneficial for the body. It controls diabetes in our body. It also eliminates digestive problems in our body. It also cleanses our blood and increases our immunity system. This fruit is a fruit rich in vitamin C. Eating apples is good for the heart because it contains fiber and antioxidants. Eating apples regularly reduces constipation and improves digestion. The natural sugar in apples is absorbed slowly by the body, which is good for diabetics.

Ingredients


Black plum-2 cups
Apple- Half
Sugar-2 spoons
Water-1 glass

How to make:-

Step 1

First, I mashed the blackplum with my hands so that the blackplum softened and the seeds inside came out.

Then I picked the seeds one by one from the black plum.

At this point I took half an apple. I cut the apple neatly.

Now I will put all the prepared ingredients in the blender. So first I put the peeled jams in the blender.

Now I gave them the apples that I had already cleaned and cut nicely.

Now I added the required amount of sugar. I made a two-glass drink, so I added 2 teaspoons of sugar. The reason for adding sugar is that these blackberries have a slightly tart taste, so that the tart taste does not get absorbed into the drink.

At this point I added a glass of water. I used one glass of water for 2 glasses of drink since there are more ingredients.

At this stage, I blended all the ingredients together well. You can see how beautiful it looks after blending.

After the decanting, you can see that I decorated the drink in the glass with two apple slices. And this is how I served the drinks in the morning and we all ate together. We liked it a lot.
