Meet @abbyspecial ||My Introductory Post

Hey Hivers, I'm Abigail by name. It's really a pleasure for me to be part of this community,to learn,earn and explore.
I've heard a lot about hive from a friend who happens to be my couch and the advantage of being part of the community.

I'm a Nigerian from Akwa ibom state, Ibong Otoro precisely. I grew up in my home town and relocated to Cross River State after my secondary education but currently I reside in Enugu state were I'm currently serving my country a one year mandatory national service . I can speak both ibibio and effik which is my native dialect here from state in Nigeria and I speak English fluently too, because of the environment I grew up and how I was raised from childhood.

I'm the number six and the last child of my mother, growing up with three amazing senior sisters and two brothers has been a beautiful journey for me.
My parents are late chief Sunday Udo Ekong of blessed memory and my beautiful mother Mrs patience Sunday Ekong who's still alive to watch us grow into rare gems. A family like mine has been my strongest support system!

After my secondary education,I relocated from home to stay with my elder sister in calabar.
I've stayed with my sister for the past 10years and I've learnt motherhood through raising my beautiful nieces,to me watching my girls grow is a big win for me. My girls or nothing!

I'm most privileged to be a Christian, my christian faith has aid me in every ramifications. I am a member of full life Christian centre founded by Rev. Ntai I. Ntai, I've been a member for the past 10 years and a dedicated worker. Serving God is a privilege I can't take for granted,I truly love Jesus and nothing can come between this resolution.

I obtained my license as a professional counselor and teacher from the university of calabar, cross-River state Nigeria from the department of Guidance and Counseling under the faculty of Education. I made wonderful friends which made my higher institution days most beautiful.

After my graduation from higher institution,I secured a job in the educational sector where I gained more experience by working as a school counselor and a teacher. It was a great moment for me, learning more in other to impact knowledge.
To me teachers deserves a lot of respect and appreciation, it takes sacrifice to learn, unlearn and relearn in other to make sure that the younger generation are right on track. I am a professional counselor and teacher!

I'm a founder of WIN THEM YOUNG INITIATIVE, it's a movement that comprises of denominational believer. The aim of this ministry is to reach out to teenagers in different locations both in schools and churches,to have a heart teaching with them on the importance of morality and decency,also to give accurate answers to questions that are associated with teenage age. I believe that the future can be better than this,I invest in teenagers.

It's a great pleasure for me to discover hive a place I feel I can learn, earn and explore the whole new world of web3, I'm ready to engage with other like minds on the hive Blockchain.
