Fascinating Insects: Lady Beetle (Coccinellidae)

Today I am coming up with some fascinating ladybug or ladybird beetle (Coccinellidae) but the entomologists prefer to call this insect with ladybird beetle or lady beetle. It is included in small beetle that we can easily find perching on the leaves or twig around the bushes. This species is regarded as a useful insect because many species prey on herbivorous homopterans such as aphids or scale insects, which are agricultural pests. As it has a small body, I had to use an external macro attached to my smartphone to get a detailed look of this beetle. It's fancy seeing its red with black dots all over its body which tempted me to continue bringing its beauty to the surface.
