Newbies are humans, let’s grow together.
Hive has been a home for many and even I can say it's been a factory to some or a bank to some other people. I have seen people take this same hive blockchain as their place of work where they resume in the morning and then close at their timing. I know of some that just come on hive to catch fun and then make sure they get their desired level of happiness. Sometimes this same hive is where some set of people meet and bond together as families and the bond remains forever even from virtual to real life. That is so amazing of just a platform.
Why won't you love Hive??
I have been wandering around and trying to create a balance between my virtual world and my offline world. It is not so easy. The time is NOW. And if you lose that opportunity to get things done at the right time, then I might be so sorry to say that you might have to learn the hard way.
As said, the marathon began some weeks ago. And I got to read the announcement post, but I could hardly make a good comment on the post. But I am aware something will go on for July. I decided to join up. But I couldn’t. Days passed by and I knew if this baton could be passed to the others I might find it so hard to catch up again.
With time, I had to give priority to my schedule and make sure I found time for the reason behind the marathon. This is because it's all about helping others, it's all about encouraging, it's all about climbing together and growing together, it's all about love and unity, it's all about support.
This made me join the team FLASH. And they’ve shown me a true definition of what flash meant.
Flash means go faster.. with a high speed. And yeah that’s what we want for our newbies. We are here to make them move faster than the speed of light and also make sure they enjoyed every bit of their journey too.
Flash could also sound to me as a form of direction. Showing people the true path. A flashlight is there to guide and pave the way to the right path. We want to be that flashlight showing the way and guiding others to the right path.

The hand symbol.
And yeah for this week we have to show love. And after every task to be done, there is also a bounty task to be accomplished. We have been on this for the past two days now. The mission is all about getting your Teem to choose a hand symbol as every teem member would drop a symbol and then the teem get to select one amazing symbol to represent the teem and then make a post about it.
So without thinking much, I would have just chosen some common symbols like love and peace but they are counted out so I had to think and think better. Then I came up with the symbol of TOGETHERNESS AND TEAMWORK…
Just like the bricks get to support each other before they could stand strong to make a MANSION. Together we can make a home for everyone.
Teem Flash symbolizes Lotus Mudra!!
Lotus is some sort of beautiful flower on earth; the mudra symbolizes an open heart.
So with love and the feeling of love, we get to support everyone on hive. Apart from the lovely and amazing meaning of the hand gesture. It was just another wonderful contribution from a newbie among us. A strong and hardworking newbie. I get to appreciate more about her consistency and determination towards becoming a better member of hive. And I wish her every good thing on her journey after onboarding hive.
