Thank You Hive Learners ๐Ÿค—

Good day to you all my tutors and learners here on hive.

I remain this humble soul who is always ready to appreciate my existence on the surface, once we realize that staying alive is never by our power or might then we know that all we have to do in life is to thank God for his mercy and grace over us.

Still on the ANNIVERSARY WEEK HERE IN HIVE LEARNERS COMMUNITY

What have the Featured Topics taught me??

It's been a year now and I can say the hive learners community must have done a great job creating a lot of engagement through the weekly featured content on hive. I have learned a lot from the weekly topics, many of which I can't mention all.

Some of the ways in which I have learned from the community.

Morally

I have learnt a lot of morals from the featured topics. Topics like stingy or greedy, undeserved, crime scene, absence of rights, Iโ€™m sorry. There are more to be listed but I can say these are topics that have impacted me morally. I read a lot about these topics and got to learn more about life.

For example the topic โ€œabsence of rightsโ€ I learned that in life we are not equal just like we have our fingers. There are a lot of rights we are entitled to in life but because some are higher up and those having upper hands trampled on the lower ones which are not supposed to be. Anyone going against the law should be punished, but the reverse is the case nowadays.

Socially

This aspect is also an interesting one with the community. Topics like As a parent, Rural or Urban, Your hometown, online shopping vs physical shopping, and many more are topics that impact socially.

An example is the topic of Your hometown. With this topic, I get to familiarize myself with different people all over, their way of life, and the difference in culture, even though I might have not seen these places but I am sure I won't find it strange whenever I have to discuss stuff like that. I already got the imaginary view from reading and viewing pictures. So socializing won't be a big deal.

Academically

Talking about academics too. There are loads of educating topics the hive learners have produced over the year. Topics like Teacher grades, the subject, pre-examination, free higher education, technology in education, and many more.

I am taking an example with the topic โ€œpre-examinationโ€ where different authors expressed their reading habits and how they feel about having to prepare for upcoming examinations. Reading through these articles I get to know more about different tactics people used to battle against the examinations. Because examinations are one thing that calms students. I might have grabbed some tricks to my study style from reading about someone else's experience, practicing it, and if it works out fine, then I will keep it.

Fun and comedy

Yeah, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. There are fun topics where we laugh out our sorrow while reading them. Topics like An animal, Fiction to life, Emoji stickers and gifs, Five minutes shopping, and many more.

These are fun topics to be discussed and still bring in some impactful messages to the readers. A topic like โ€œan animalโ€ was an interesting and fun topic. I get to learn about the characteristics of some animals and even their habitations. So what if we were created to be an animal? It won't be fun seeing these authors in those animals' nature ๐Ÿ˜‚.

General

There are general topics too that had it all in it, views about life, career and relationship talks, and general experiences.
Topics like predicting your future, the first encounter, opportunity lost, opportunity found, pressure, and many more amazing and impactful topics.

I am taking an example out of pressure, here I get to learn about how life treats us differently. People are facing a lot, we only know what we are told. Peer pressure, family pressure, financial pressure, and many more pressure people get to battle secretly. Everyone has a story to tell.

Glad to have you guys

I have made quite some friends here in the hive learners community and I will say itโ€™s a pleasure to meet them all. Yeah, many of which I can't mention all. Friends are of different levels. Some got so close that we at times turned the comments section into a chat room and there are some whereby we just have a good time reading and commenting.

Some of my friends who have been so close and impactful are

@princessbusayo, I have said a lot about her but she is still a good friend of mine I can never let go easily. Her comments are always encouraging and at times funny and it's always lively with her.

@merit.ahama, my fight buddy. She is the type that gives that vibe of โ€œyou can do betterโ€. And she is always there to encourage and support. Yeah her comments are always amazing and nice to have on oneโ€™s articles. Though it comes once a blue moon. But that one time is like forever.

How dare I forget @nkemakonam89. A lively and lovely sis. I learned to see how important it is to keep giving feedback to every comment on my write-up. Nkem is the type that doesnโ€™t ignore your comment. She is always ready to respond no matter how long it takes.

@adaezeinchrist, my sis, I met her here on hive learner and I get to know more about her cool and calm ways. I learned what it takes to be mature from her. Her engagement through comments is that of a mature mindset. It's always great having her around.

@george-dee. I love George because of his way of engaging. He is ready to read and drop meaningful comments on your post. I also learnt the art of taking feedback from him. He has been a good friend over time.

My investor is a busy man but still, he drops his fun and amazing content in the community. I always love to read @burlarj posts and I appreciate every response he gives because he is that fun guy to always be with. I never regret meeting him.

@cheeamaka. The woman king. Though she is not always that active, she is always making my engagement fun. I am always pleased to read her comments on my write-up. We met through the community and I am pleased our friendship has grown beyond the four walls of the hive learners community.

There are many more friends I made, the likes of @glorydee, @emreal, @mercysugar, @actordontee, and @princess-dara. I am grateful to you all for being good friends in the community. It's always nice having you around.

Lastly, I am wishing you all a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY. Many more years to come in joy and happiness. United we stand, divided we fall.
