In today's time, people have started using social media a lot and along with use, social media has now become an important part of people's life. People can say anything through Right to Speak's right, but the biggest thing is that people had the right to speak in the society but people use this right a lot in social media. It is being used in social media because neither you need to gather the public and take special time for it, just you need a medium to express your views even if you can express your point through the video or you can write anything and post it there and the public can see you. The advantage of social media is that where your words can reach millions to millions of people in a few minutes and if your followers are more, the more people you talk to. You will see yourself, if you are using social media, then there you also see the posts of those people who you do not even follow and random many types of videos come out and a lot is seen which you do not want, still it comes to the fore and then it looks like a thing.

The tendency for people to form quick opinions is problematic; with the advent of social media, people often rush to judgment about issues without knowing the actual facts. A random video might surface featuring an influencer with millions of followers—someone whose content garners massive engagement—and if they make a statement, people tend to accept it as the truth. As the video is shared widely, others become aware of the issue and start forming their own opinions based on it, believing the influencer's claims to be factual. For instance, when the topic of boycotting someone arises, no single individual has the right to demand such a boycott; even if someone possesses concrete evidence against another person, they cannot simply call for a boycott—they can only present the facts to the public and let the people decide the course of action. You may have seen videos claiming that a certain individual committed a wrongdoing and urging a boycott. It is baffling, given that we have a legal system designed to handle such matters and determine the appropriate response; if someone has indeed committed a wrongful act, they will face the consequences under the law. When a random social media influencer with a massive following makes such pronouncements, it creates a negative impression and sends the wrong message to society. Furthermore, other influencers often jump on the bandwagon, creating their own videos on the same topic in hopes of going viral, leading to the widespread circulation of that specific issue across social media.

There is nothing wrong with expressing an opinion on a matter; however, it becomes problematic when one starts considering oneself above the law and freely spouts anything on social media, as this can have a detrimental impact on society. It is the legal system's responsibility to handle such issues; if someone has committed a wrongdoing, there are established provisions and procedures to address it. A random influencer, however, does not have the right to make arbitrary accusations. Even when the police apprehend an individual for a crime, the person's identity is typically protected; in contrast, a random influencer making a video about someone often reveals their identity and shares private details that can compromise their family's privacy.

The conclusion is that if you have information indicating someone has committed a wrong, you should seek legal recourse; you should not take the law into your own hands by making videos about them or publicly sharing their personal details—all for the sake of a few views.
