First surprise gift with first salary

When I was young, I used to study in school, since then I wanted to get a good job ,when I grow up and buy all my favorite things, do something for my home, buy bikes, buy mobile phones of my choice. I was very fond of buying many things. Then I completed my schooling and did college and after a lot of struggle, I got my first job in year 2016, although my salary was not much at that time, but I had many things in my mind, which I was fond of buying, but due to low salary I couldn't pursue my favourite thing and I started saving money I didn't buy anything with my salary and I kept saving money.

Then one day a thing came to my mind that i should buy smartphone for my mom because mom was using a keypad phone for the past many years mom has struggled a lot in her life and she never completed her hobbies, she always took care of our choices firstly. When I thought about it, I thought that a good smartphone should be gifted to mummy, so that mommy will get to see new things, as well as she will get to know a little bit about technology, so I ordered a smartphone online. At that time, I was working in another city and my family members lived in another city, so I thought why not give a surprise to my mother.

I ordered smart phone and booked at my home address. After a few days I got a call from the delivery boy that where the parcel was to be delivered, so I called my cousin and asked him to go and pick up the parcel, he did the same, he picked up the parcel and took it to my house. At that time my mother was not at home so he waited for some time and as soon as mother came he gave parcel to her and mother was really happy as he told me.
Then mother called me and was very happy that she really liked the mobile phone very much and she blessed me a lot and expressed her happiness.

Few days ago for once I was also thinking that mother would not like it as mother likes to use simple things and she would also need some time to get used to the smartphone as she might not have used the smartphone before. I was also thinking at maybe mother tell to return the smart phone it but it did not happen at all. Mother happily accepted this week and I also liked it very much. Mother liked the gift given by me.

After that, for a few weeks, mother used to use both the mobile phones because mother did not yet know how to use the smartphone completely, so she had kept both the mobile phones with her and someone in the house teaching mother about using smartphone . slowly mom started to use smartphone, then she started using only one phone there, which was my gifted smartphone, she had learned to use youtube, in her free time, she watches a lot of things on youtube, like cooking recipe , religious story or songs, she used to watch it all on YouTube and just like that, slowly mother started learning to operate a smartphone.

However, some time ago, some technical fault occurred in the mobile and that phone was not working properly, so I again gave another smartphone to the mother.
