Leader and boss-difference in mentality

If any of you have worked in the corporate sector, then you must have seen what kind of atmosphere prevails in this sector. If I tell on the basis of my experience, then the employees here are very stressed about their work because So much work pressure is given on them that their life becomes very stressful as they are treated as money making machine and this stress is then transferred from their family side. Actually, if we look at its root cause, then the biggest reason is that what is the mentality of the person who is running the firm and he is a leader or a boss .

Here I said leader or boss because there is a lot of difference between a leader and a boss, so here both words sound similar, but if we go a little deeper, then the meaning of these two turns out to be very different. If seen, in most of the offices, you will see only the operators of Boss mentality, now as we talk about Boss mentality, then these are the type of people who like to exert pressure on people and like to dominate people there. They think here that we have given them employment, so we can say anything to the or get them done any task.

Here people use their power very wrongly, they do not understand one thing that after all, when their employees are working then only they are able to live their own life, if their employees leave the job in future then their It will not take 2 days for the company to close. Any employee, whether he is small or big, everyone should be respected and all employees should be treated with respect but there are some such low-minded operators who show the arrogance of their position to the people below them and misuse the power of their position.

On the other hand, if we talk about a leader, then a leader is the person whotake all their employees along with him a d help them in every single step and never brag about it.Leader don't let it seem who is small and who is big and treat everyone with equality. But nowadays such leaders are rarely seen who treat their subordinates well.
People who are on a big position want that they should get respect, but if their behavior is bad then no one gives them respect from heart, respect is given just for formality.
Regrettably, in today's time, many people have to bear very bad behavior in their office because they do not have any other job option and they cannot come out of this bad environment even if they want to.
