If we talk about our health, there are two types of health in our life, which we have to take care of, first is physical health, then mental health. Physical health means that your body is physically fit, you do not have any kind of disease, there is no physical illness of any kind and you are physically fit, that is what we call physical health.

On the other hand, it is very important to keep mental health fit because just as physical health is very important for us, in the same way mental health is more important than that because if physical health deteriorates, then there are doctors for that. Many hospitals are near us and it does not take much time to cure physical health, but if we talk about mental health, then there are very few people who know properly about mental health and there are very few experts who Mental health can be cured and the biggest thing is that no one wants to talk about mental health, many people keep it as medicine inside their mind, that is why it is a topic that is rarely heard but if we go deep into it, there is something very important for our life.

I see that nowadays people exercise to fix their physical health, go to gym, take many types of supplements and also spend a lot to be physically fit, but on the other hand, I see that people are not aware about mental health. Do not think about anything, have seen very few people who work on mental health and give priority to it in their lives. Now the month of May is going on and the month of May is celebrated as Mental Health Month and I am sure very few people would know this. Physical health or mental health works like hardware and software in our life, if seen, both these things are interconnected with each other, if your physical health is very good but mental health is not good, then we cannot call you fit because the effect of deteriorating mental health falls on many things of our daily routine.

We can understand this thing with the help of an example, suppose there is only one who takes full care of his health, wakes up early in the morning, then exercises, then takes good breakfast, then goes to his work, then time Keeps taking meals at intervals of time and takes a good diet and does not eat such things which are harmful to health, then we will make that person physically fit, but suppose that there is some kind of problem in that person's life. If there is stress or tension can also be related to his job, then no matter how physically fit he is, if he has any tension in his mind and if he is worried about it, then it will affect his ability to work somewhere. Ability will affect his behavior and this concern will also affect his physical health as it can affect his digestion system. And there are many such factors in which mental health affects physical health and very few people are aware of this because people are not very aware about mental health.

I want to share personal experience of my life with you and if I tell you about my health then my physical health is also not good and mental health is also not good because there are lot of complications in life and both health It becomes a bit difficult to find time and work on it but I keep working on it but I need an expert who can work on mental health and improve my mental health.
Now, I always try to keep my mental health healthy, but there are many such situations in life and there are many things on which we have no control at all and then in the end those problems dominate our mental health. Every week I think that I will work with a calm mind and take both physical health and mental health together, but then some such adverse situations come and we just can't handle them, for example, sometimes there is such an environment in the office that there is too much work pressure, in such a situation the stress level increases a lot and some seniors in the office do not understand this thing at all, they just mean to get the work done.
Those people have no idea about the mental health of the employees, they never think about the mental health of the employee, just their thinking is so low that they think that if we are giving them money, then we are doing something to them. Can also get it done. But those people do not think that what will be the effect of this press on the mental health of the employees, they do not have the ability to think that if the mental health deteriorates, then the physical health will also deteriorate, then somewhere it will affect the relations.

There are many such things which can come due to work pressure download. I believe here that in today's time, the mental health of many people who are working in the corporate sector is bad and the main reason for this is the poor management of the corporate sector, more than the capacity of the employee, going to class and talking. There are many such factors which affect the mental health of the employees of the corporate sector and the employees keep suppressing this thing in their mind, after some time these employees become victims of mental illness and many such diseases arise. These are those diseases who remain with the person throughout his life and reduce the age of the person.

Well whatever it is but I understand that it is very important to work on mental health and doing this thing is also a danger sign because if we ignore this thing today then it will come back in a big way tomorrow. If it can come, then we have to take care of this thing ourselves and understand things.
