Time goes on, it never stops, we get a fixed time for every work and in the same time we have to do that work, if we complete the work in that time, then the work becomes successful, otherwise if something If there is a delay, then there is no use of trying to carry on that work. For example, you can understand it like a cricket match is going on and you have to score 193 runs in the given 20 overs, if you score above 193 runs in the stipulated 20 overs, then you will be considered as winning. Otherwise, if you are not able to chase the score of that run, then you will be considered as a loser, no matter how many runs you score after 20 overs, those runs are of no use. So that's why if you want to win the match there, then you have to make a right strategy in those 20 overs and manage the time properly, only then you will be able to win that match. The way I gave you this example, many such moments come in our life in which we have to complete a task in a fixed time and for that work it is very important to do proper time management because if we If we can manage properly then we can achieve that goal for which we are working so hard. That's why we need to manage time properly and for that we should have a good understanding of the entire task for which we are doing time management to achieve. It often happens that we are not able to manage time properly and the opportunity that is there slips out of our hands and this happens when we manage time poorly because some people work hard. But they are not able to manage the time properly.

I want to share you a similar experience of my life, when I could not manage time properly, it happened when I was in class 10 and when I entered in class 10, I was not able to manage time properly. It was explained that class 10th is a very important class and the first board exam in a student's life, so a lot of hard work is required and the exam is also of a slightly higher level, as well as copies are also checked by the board, so in such a situation, I started studying very seriously from the beginning of the year and I was really studying very seriously in the beginning, gradually 10 months were completed and only 2 months were left for the board exam, now though I had studied diligently throughout the year, but our board used to have holidays 1 month before and here the holidays are very important because during these holidays the students revise their syllabus for the whole year. They keep on practicing even those things which they do not know and I was also busy in practicing and revising.

I was working hard from my side and was studying for about 10 to 12 hours in 1 day but there was one thing which I could not do at that time there was a proper time management because I was not a systematic study As our first exam was of social science, so I started studying social science in the beginning of January and I should have started studying social science in the end of February, due to which it was difficult for me till the exam. Remembering in mind, with this the other thing which I felt that I did not manage properly was to distribute the time properly because the time table which I used to follow was made by myself and I was able to cover all the subjects in a day. I used to give time when I should not have done this, I should have prepared the subject according to the date of the exam, now, no matter how much I have done throughout the year, but in the last two months, the study is done it remains fresh in your mind and it becomes more fresh after revision, but I was carrying all the subjects together and in such a situation there was a lot of confusion in my mind, so I understood this thing much later.

Then the result of this bad time management came out here that I did not get very good marks in my 10th board because according to the hard work I had done, I did not get good marks at all and the reason for which I felt that a bad time management is not good. Can turn water over good hard work. Then after that I learned here that if you are doing any work in life, first of all it is very important for you to manage the right time and first of all you have to see that the work you are doing and the time you have. So can you complete this work in this time and for that you should have all kinds of information related to particular work and along with this it is very important to do good time management and also you have to be punctual because If you are not serious in your work, then no matter how well you manage your time you will not get serious. So it is very important that all things have a mutual contribution.
