In today's time, social media is the most used tool. People use social media in today's time. It is so popular because it is filled with some content for every generation person, this is the reason that no matter what age person is, he likes social media very much and he can pass a very good time through social media. In today's time, social media has also become a hub of information because in this you get information first and the incidents happening in your surrounding area are also known very quickly, this is the reason why people have started using it so much.

Everyone values their privacy on social media and wishes for their online activities to remain private, free from outside interference. To an extent, this is justified, as privacy implies that details about your actions are known only to those you choose to share them with. The situation becomes more complex when considering a child's account. While social media platforms have age restrictions regarding who can use them, few users actually adhere to these rules; nowadays, anyone can enter any date of birth online, effectively masking their true age and allowing even very young children to meet the age requirements needed to operate an account.

When it comes to children and social media, imposing control over their usage would essentially amount to an invasion of privacy. If an individual is eligible to use social media, they should be free to do so, provided their activities remain within the established rules. If children engage in inappropriate behavior on social media, it is certainly wrong, and in such cases, control becomes necessary; however, if someone is using social media in compliance with the rules, no one should have an issue with it, and there should be no attempt to control them.

Social media serves as a personal platform where individuals can share their thoughts with friends—there is nothing wrong with that. However, if someone posts content that is detrimental to society or violates the law, such posts can be restricted, and regulations exist for this purpose. Yet, one cannot monitor an individual's social media activity, as doing so would infringe upon their privacy. Social media essentially constitutes a person's private space, housing their photos, thoughts, and various other personal elements; attempting to control this would amount to authoritarianism, as such measures are characteristic only of dictatorial regimes.
When considering the scope of a school's authority, it is limited to specific areas; the school's role is to provide a good education, instill discipline, and prepare students for the future. Schools can teach children to distinguish between right and wrong, advise them on how to manage their social media usage, and warn them about the potential negative consequences of social media. However, they cannot actually control the students' social media activity or interfere in their personal lives.
Social media currently lacks any mechanism allowing another person to monitor your account; there are not even provisions for parental control over children's accounts, so the concept of school-level oversight is still a long way off.
