You might have encountered a situation where you apply to a company and perform exceptionally well, yet fail to secure the job because of nepotism; instead, the position goes to an acquaintance of someone in a high-ranking role—regardless of whether that person is actually qualified for the job. This issue extends far beyond just employment; it is prevalent in many areas. The film industry, for instance, is frequently at the center of discussions regarding nepotism; people often point out how established actors easily secure movie roles for their children—regardless of their actual talent—while others toil for years just to land a minor role, and many never get an opportunity at all, ultimately facing disappointment.

Although it is a human nature that a person helps his close people and should also help, but it is absolutely wrong to help in such a place where a qualified candidate should have got a place where you are sitting your relative, this thing is wrong because you are doing injustice by doing so. are. Let's have a relative, you need his help, so you can help him in those things which you can do in public way like money or help of anything else which you can do on your own but by killing someone else's rights, helping the person by killing the rights of someone else. The thing is absolutely wrong and the person who is deserving should get his due.

The question now arises: should nepotism be considered a crime? There is no clear-cut answer to this, as it can be viewed as a crime from one perspective, while from another, it might simply be seen as a normal occurrence depending on the circumstances. For instance, if an individual owns a company or a business, it is entirely up to them whom they wish to involve in it; they might choose to hire a relative, which is strictly a personal decision. Since the business belongs to them, they hold the authority to make all decisions regarding the company, and no one can question their actions. On the other hand, consider a government department where a senior official hires a personal relative to fill a vacancy; this would clearly fall under the category of a crime and be classified as corruption. By hiring a relative instead of a qualified candidate, the official has acted improperly, and action should certainly be taken against them. Many countries have laws and regulations addressing this type of corruption, and we frequently hear reports of people fraudulently securing jobs for their relatives—instances where nepotism is blatantly evident.

The conclusion is that nepotism is wrong; usurping someone's rightful place to install another person is entirely unjust. While there are already laws addressing this issue, they need to be further strengthened to instill a sense of deterrence among people.
