Have you ever asked why?

If you start questioning nature, you might still be on it till the end of the year but this particular question must be asked and I don't know if you have ever asked yourself why?

Or maybe you are the type that take every think hook, line and sinker?

I guess no!!! 🤔🤔🤔

But have you asked this question?

I know it might be silly or irrelevant or look like a test of nature but truly there are certain truth in the words of Robert Kiyasoki when he said;

Listening is more important than talking. If that were not true, God would not have given us two ears and only one mouth

Have you ever asked yourself why God gave us two ears and one mouth?

I know this is a logical question and everyone will tend to answer it based on their own perspective.

For instance, imagine the head without ears. 😂😂😂

How will you look like?

Every part our our body has their own function but for this post, let's consider the postulations of Robert.

If listening was not needed then why are we given two ears and one mouth.

I think if God want us to be taking frequently, it should have been the opposite. Two mouth and one ear.

This is not the case, we are being provided with two ears and one mouth which could mean that we are to listen more and talk less.

This should not stop here, the kind of relationship that exists between the ear and the mind is a very powerful one because you can only hear what you give attention to.

You might be going down the street and you will be hearing echoes from far distance while the song playing at its highest volume might not be meaningful to you.

Though you might be hearing the sound but because you did not give attention to it, it will seems like a noise?

There are sounds that will be like a noise but to others, they are highly needed for them.

How well do you listen?

Do you listen at all or you wait to be scolded before you listen to what you need... We spend years listening to lecturers while in school because of a paper but we failed to listen to experts in the real world.

A good listener

They said,

A good listener is a great learner

If there is only one thing that you should know how to do best, it should be listening to others.

There are lots of information being passed across but because of our lack of listening ability, we tend to do things based on trial and error.

Listen but think.

Another set of people are those that listen but doesn't think about what they learnt.

Information to someone are data to another person but when most people listen, they act based on what they hear and don't bother to think about how such will affect them.

Most of our actions are not reflex, you think before you act or speak but rather than processing what you listened, some people act based on what they heard...

Becoming the real you.

Every information that comes to you is for you to become better not for you to hear it and act instantly without thinking about it or listen and don't act on it.

• When you listen, you learn more.
• When you learn more and meditate on what you hear, you become better.
• When you become better, success becomes part of you.

Successful people did not attain the position out of the blues, it was a s a result of a deliberate action to listen, mediate and act.

The thin line.

If you listen well and meditate but did not act, you will be an under achiever with knowledge but nothing to show for it.

The question again is,

Why did God gave us two ears and one mouth?..
