Our Thoughts determines the kind of actions that we take, it determines our emotions and that is why we must be very careful with the thoughts that we have , you cannot be having negative thoughts all the time and expect to get positive results from the actions caused by the negative thoughts which you had..
We should also avoid overthinking in whatever you do because the overthinking would only make you feel pressured emotionally and make you to fill your mind with so much worries , the overthinking will also reflect on our actions too..
If we can manage our thoughts well then we would be able to take the right actions often and be able to manage our emotions better , having the positive mindset will make an individual to be able to manage their thoughts better and make them to understand it...
Whatever actions you take and your reactions to situations are all your responsibilities and that is why you have to be careful with the actions you take and the way you react to every situation..
For example if I keep having thoughts that I cannot achieve some certain things ,it affects my behaviours towards achieving those things ,since I already believe I cannot succeed in those things it then makes me to have less determination to succeed in them because I do not even believe that I will get success doing those things..
Our behaviours towards some certain things will be determined by the kind of thoughts we have towards it , if your thoughts towards that dream of yours is becoming negative then your behaviour towards it will show lack of motivation because you are simply having thoughts that encourage you to get demotivated towards the dream.
