Looking at the sky is free, let's not stop doing it

Living in a society that moves at an astonishing speed, it is normal for many to arrive home so tired with the desire to rest. Unfortunately this is the least we do because when we try to sleep it is possible that we start thinking about the things we have to do the next day, this takes away the much desired and necessary mental rest. A routine like this wears us down emotionally and it is there that we become vulnerable in many ways.

Each day of life is a gift that we must appreciate and value to the fullest since we do not know if there will be a tomorrow. No matter how much we try to simplify our worries, there will always be something that makes noise in our mind and tries to undermine the calmness we feel at some point. I try to be as simple as possible in all aspects, however, sometimes I fall victim to the various worries that society imposes on us.

When I feel overwhelmed by something I take the time to take a closer look at the sky. I tend to do this even when I am not in trouble, however, in the midst of storms I do it more often. By looking at the sky so majestic, infinite and beautiful, my mind transforms the problem that is troubling me into something very small. Having this perspective gives me more strength to face it because I feel renewed.

Every sunset, every sunrise is a live work of art. The more I see them, the more I am convinced that we have been designed to be in full contact with nature. I consider that ignoring so much beauty and splendor that not only satisfies our sight but also nourishes our soul is foolishness. We should not deprive ourselves of so much well being that contemplating the sky produces just because we say we don't have time. When we want something with all our heart we take the time to do it, however, what saddens me the most is that some people are not even aware of how beneficial it is to contemplate the sky. If they are not even aware of it, how are they going to take a few minutes to do it?

That is why through this publication I invite you to enjoy and perceive how beautiful it is for our lives to look at the sky and meditate on the greatness that adorns it. Each sunset is different, the clouds give us different shapes that make us smile, the birds that move in the sky inspire us to be free, the contrast of colors captivates us and all this we can get without paying a penny.

Trying to find an explanation for the fact that some people do not stop to contemplate nature, I have come to think that society has contributed a lot to this. From the time we are children we are inculcated that free things are of little or no value and this way of thinking that we carry with us has become our philosophy of life. In fact, I have been a victim of this social paradigm, when I go to buy something, if I see that it is something cheap my mind deduces that it is of poor quality and if something is free it is easy to conclude that it is useless.

Despite this pattern of thinking that is becoming more and more empowered, I have made an effort not to reach hasty conclusions because of the price I am given and believe me I have been able to overcome this virus of society quite a bit. Under the popular premise that free is bad, I believe that many people have it so ingrained that they tacitly apply it to nature. If we are invited to a gallery, we pay the entrance fee and even if we don't like the exhibition of the month, we feel pleased because we paid and went to the gallery. However, without even a whisper the sky invites us daily to a live work of art and we ignore it.

I wish to clarify that visiting a gallery is not bad, it is very rewarding, I only place it as an example to highlight that there is an erroneous thought in many of us, it becomes erroneous because we apply it to everything and it should not be so. There really are many free things for our life that revitalize us, that is why I cordially invite you to watch carefully a sunset. You will really enjoy it.

You are so right, contemplating nature, even a small insect makes us forget about the problems. Taking the time during the day to look around us, the mountains or the birds, fills us with peace.

That's right, we are surrounded by so many beautiful things in nature and unfortunately the daily routine of life with its complications sometimes makes us omit so much beauty that brings us peace.

It is important to take the time to nourish ourselves with creation and renew our strength.

Greetings 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
