I totally agree with you. Taking breaks to rest is indispensable to renew energy and leave aside the fainting that stress causes us. Like you, I try to maintain cleanliness and order because if everything around me is cluttered I feel that clutter in my head. It's horrible.

Staying is a cluttered space can be truly stressful because seeing the way things are can obstruct your thoughts and struggling mentally to cope can lead to stress in a blink of an eye. Decluttering goes a long way for me and it's awesome to know that we have things in common.
