2022 - #1. Impromptu Dinner plans

It was a regular Sunday, I had a function to attend in the afternoon and later on in the evening, a meet up plan was set up, as Ashish one of my friend was moving to Bangalore for further studies.

We planned to go Bowling at the City centre but unfortunately it was too crowded, finally we planned to go to Hotel Sai Palace, right opposite to to it. Normally we go to Udipi cafe a vegetarian Restaurant, but this time we shifted our base to House of Flavours.

House of flavours is a veg and non veg restaurant, famous for its Mocktails and Cocktails

Four of us friends, Myself, Nishanth, Ashish and Gaurav met at the Hotel and sat down at around 8:00 PM after we booked the table around 7:15 PM, this was due to the Sunday Factor.

We first ordered an Andra Chicken Dry, a Spicy starter. They had nicely made small pieces of Chicken and the masala over it was pretty spicy, there was tomato, calcium and pieces of Onions in this. The Quantity was enough for four of us.

Moving on, we ordered 2 Biriyanis, One Chicken Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani and the other was the Egg Dum Biriyani.
Both of them were enough spicy, lot of flavours were present and it was the typical biriyani we expected. Last time the Maharashtra biriyani disappointing so we chose Hyderabadi itself.

Finally the star of the show, Black Widow Mocktail. It's pretty popular at this Hotel. A grape drink (not wine) with pieces of fruits in it. The way it's presentation is, makes it look like a show stopper. Clearly, one of the best drink I ever had in my life.
The pinch of salt on the top of the glass, makes it more amazing.

The waiter there was quite fun. He clicked our pictures while we asked for the pictures of the drink.

Alot of conversations, Great food and a bunch of amazing friends just made the day memorable.
