I love your adventures life but the altitude is to much for me I think ! I had problems in tremosine 350 meters above lake Garda so .....

Ohh, I guess that may just be exhaustion or dizziness from being so high. Altitude sickness doesn't really happen until 2000 or 3000m up for anyone.

Which trail did you climb up? I thinknInwant to try the crowded one next on the north slope after a weekend in tokyo.

Cheers to you! What a story of your climb!

I did felt like I was losing my breathe in the Sphinx in Switzerland and I didn't even climb it I was just walkin in a tunnel to get to the view point outsided and was runnin out of breathe walkin to it, it's more than 3, 500m only so I can't imagine how hard it must have been to you going up there on a hike. Funny how a small bird like a sparrow could even inspire. A friend of mine said to combat the cold up there, they were given bottles to store their pee in - gross but kept them warm in their tents specially during the night.

I think because I started at 2400m by the time I got up higher I was used to it. But it was definitely a work out. I've climbed that much before but never at that altitude.
I've been in the Rockies higher, but never the Alps.
