Morning walk with a full moon and Coco Loco!!!
Yesterday I was enjoying an early morning drive East towards Dublin and enjoyed a beautiful Sunrise. Well today I was appreciating another of our celestial bodies, the moon.
We enjoyed another unprecedented cloud free sunny October day today in Ireland and I sprung out of bed at 7am to take our Springer Spaniel Coco for a nice crisp early morning walk. She loves our walks and her tail wag rate starts ramping up as soon as she hears me utter the words walk and sees me getting the leash.
And we're off
As soon as the leash goes on, she nearly pulls me off my feet to get going. She knows her way now and her very perceptive nose gives everything in sight a quick sniff and a once over.
Beautiful countryside
We are blessed to be living right in the middle of nature in the countryside, yet only approx 10 minutes from Galway city, so we have the best of both worlds.
One of the nicest amenities is this lake that I photographed below, with this mornings long lasting full moon still well visible.
In for a dip
Coco Loco always loves to have a dip too and sure why not!
I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's walk and what surprises may be waiting for me this time. Coco is definitely helping me to instill some good healthy habits like early morning or evening walks. I'm getting out with her most days, unless it's lashing rain from the heavens.
That certainly wasn't the case today! Look at that glorious sunshine! That's all from me for now, may the sun shine on you physically or metaphorically wherever you are my friend. Thanks for reading my post.
