Raise a glass for Beer Saturday

Boom boom boom boom boom boom boom. One boom pwr day and it's Saturday again people of the world. That's right, it's time for Beer Saturday, where beer lovers around the world wax lyrical about a beer or two or three or more!

Last week I brought you some tasty German
beers, as I had travelled to Germany for a friend's stag party, in Munich. What a city, what a stag what a weekend!

So this week I said why not stay on the theme of foreign beers, but this time of the Thai variety.

I'd be well versed with Thai beers after lots of time spent backpacking around South East Asia and Thailand in particular. Chang beer was our favourite in those days and Singha was also nice, well this Thai restaurant had no Chang, so we opted for a few Singha to wash down the curry with instead.

They went down lovely, as they were icy cold, the way a few brews should be. They were the ideal accompaniment to the Thai red curries we had for dinner, which had a decent kick to them.

Premier lager all the way from Bangkok. Now, that's a serious city folks, wild, yet friendly. There's always something to see or do and usually a tuk-tuk spin away. The people are amazing, which for me is what makes Thailand so special.

If you ever have the opportunity to visit, I'd highly recommend it.

We get these Thai beers on a regular basis in our Lidl. I also remember my trip in Thailand. So unforgettable!

Cheers!

If only cameras were better back then, I had this cheap ass digital camera and so most photos are a bit blurry, but good memories nonetheless..

My visit was not that long ago, maybe like 4 years ago and I was with my current iPhone, also with a GoPro. I think I got a very good overall footage. 😉
