The central idea or point anytime gospel message is preached is ''Holiness". Without holiness no man shall see God . God is Holy and so we should be holy just like our creator. Holiness is a state of being holy or being sanctified. The question everyone asks when the word ''Holiness " is talked about are '' How is our body temple of the holy spirit ? How can one be holy? What happens if we are not holy ? etc

Is our body for the HOLY SPIRIT ? The answer is YES. Our body is for the Holy spirit . In the Holy Bible Genesis 1 :27 ''So God created man in his own image, in the image of God male and female were created ".As we are being created by God in His imagine and likeness,so we have the Holy Spirit in us.

What happens if we defile the Holy spirit in us ? the scripture says in 1 Corinthians 3:16 - 17 that ''KJV:Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are". Other versions of the Bible will say that God's temple is holy, and you are that temple. A lot of people defile the Holy Spirit of God in them by doing some many outrageous and evil things.

As we can remember vividly what happened in the Bible ( John 2:13 - 22 ) when the Passover of the Jews was near. He came to Jerusalem and found out that the temple of God had turned to a market place. He said ''take these out of here, and stop making my Father's house a marketplace." as we read the verses down The Jews asked Him what sign can you give to us to believe ? Jesus replied to them that ''I will destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up." He was speaking about the temple of his Body. Therefore, when he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and they came to believe the Scripture and the word Jesus taught them.

How can we build the Holy spirit in us ? We still have the time now to rebuild the HOLY SPIRIT in us for those that have defiled theirs. How can we rebuild this ? The answer is simple. By keeping away from sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality,idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions,envy, drunkenness, orgies etc .

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control and many more.

In conclusion, Christ is telling us today that if we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another and so many of them.

My prayer today is for the spirit of God to overwhelm the spirit of flesh and material things blocking us from God. I pray that the Lord will help us to keep our body for the HOLY SPIRIT and save us from the temptations around us . ( In Jesus name ! Amen ! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽)
