13 Antes de partir, reunió a diez de sus siervos y dividió entre ellos cinco kilos de plata, diciéndoles: «Inviertan esto por mí mientras estoy de viaje»;

Greetings, brothers and sisters of @mcgicares. In this opportunity I am going to share with you the text of the sermon that I took this week to the congregation, entitled "Dad is at home".

LUKE 19: 11 The crowd listened to everything Jesus said, and as he was now approaching Jerusalem, he told them a story to correct the idea that the kingdom of God would begin immediately.
12 He said to them, "A nobleman was called to a far country to be crowned king and then to return.
13 Before he left, he gathered ten of his servants together and divided among them five pounds of silver, saying to them, "Invest this for me while I am on my journey."
14 but his subjects hated him and sent a delegation after him to say, "We do not want him to be our king."
15 After they had crowned him king, he returned and called the servants to whom he had given the money. He wanted to know what their earnings had been.
16 The first servant reported, "Master, I invested your money, and I multiplied the initial amount tenfold!"
17 "Well done! -exclaimed the king. You are a good servant. You have been faithful with the little I entrusted to you, so as a reward you will be governor of ten cities."
18 The next servant reported, "Master, I invested your money and multiplied the original amount five times."
19 "Well done! -You will be governor of five cities."
20 But the third servant brought only the original sum and said, "Master, I hid your money to protect you.
21 I was afraid, for you are a very difficult man to deal with, taking what is not yours and reaping what you did not sow."
22 "Wicked servant! -said the king loudly. Your own words condemn you. If you knew that I was a hard man who takes what is not mine and reaps what I did not sow,
23 why didn't you deposit my money in the bank? At least I could have gotten some interest on it."
24 Then, turning to the others standing nearby, the king commanded, "Take the money from this servant and give it to the one who has five kilos."
25 "But master," they said to him, "he already has five pounds.
26 "Yes," replied the king, "and those who use well what is given them will be given even more; but from those who do nothing even the little they have will be taken away.
27 As for those enemies of mine who did not want me to be their king, bring them in and execute them right here in my presence."

This message graphs for us the attitude of the Lord with all human beings, among which are those who wait and desire his return, working to deliver a good fortune, those who do nothing for fear of losing something, and those who do not want the King to return.

The fact is that the King has returned, although he has not taken possession of the nations, he has taken possession of his servants. Now the message has been given and the resources have been delegated. Some of us work hard to give the King more than he has given us, but others are simply content to be stewards out of fear or laziness to be stewards. We know the end of those who oppose, so we will not speak of them, for now.

Let us meditate on the first group: The stewards. This group can be reflected in some children who wait for their father's return, doing the tasks that were entrusted to them, including cleaning the house, preparing the food, dispatching the undesirable beings for their father, the collection of debts, but also the payment of the debts contracted by them, in order to present accounts in order to their father when he arrives.

The Lord says that to this group he will give much more than what he had left them, because they have been faithful with the little he left them, he will put them in positions up to ten times better than the initial one.

In the second group we find those who did not do what they should, that is, they did not clean the house, they did not prepare the food, and sometimes they did not even go out to buy it, they kept in the house the undesirable people for their father, they did not go out to collect what they were owed, nor did they pay their creditors, so the father had to come to put order, and we know how difficult it is when a father begins to arrange the house with displeasure.

The first thing he does is to send away the people who are impertinent to him, that is, those who bring bad conversations and habits into your life, so if you have not done it elegantly, your father will do it the way he needs to do it to get him away from you. In this group we can mention family members who oppose your growth in the gospel, neighbors who mock your decision for Christ, co-workers who incite you to offend the Lord, people who serve as a stumbling block to the purpose that the Lord has for you.

Then comes the cleaning of the house, in which he will remove everything that offends him or considers that it is not convenient for you, among those things are the music you hear and does not edify, programs and movies that serve to pollute your heart, the idols to which you still cling, among which we can mention the activities, people, places, rituals, and spiritual beings.

Then comes the food, beginning to remove from your diet that which harms your health and could shorten your days of ministerial life, but putting on your table what you need and what suits you, so that the presence of your father is a guarantee that you will not lack food for your body, your soul and your spirit.

Like all fathers, he gets upset with injustices and will go out on your behalf to collect the debts they have with you, but first he will make you pay those that you sustain, because he cannot teach you to ask without first teaching you to give. It is a principle of justice and morality so that your testimony may be a light that shines brightly before men and angels.

Around us there are many people who are opposed to our father being in the house and will seek ways to prevent us from letting him in, but as the owner of the house, he has the authority to take possession of it. The danger arises when we are the ones who leave home because we don't like the changes.

Let us review what the Lord says about people who do not keep the Father's presence in their home:

Luke 11:23 Whoever is not with me opposes me, and whoever does not work with me actually works against me.
24 When an evil spirit goes out of a person, it goes into the wilderness seeking rest, but because it does not find rest, it says, "I will return to the person from whom I went out."
25 So he returns and finds that his former house is swept clean and in order.
26 Then the spirit seeks out seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they all enter the person and live there. And then that person is left worse off than before.
27 While he was speaking, a woman in the crowd exclaimed, God bless your mother, the womb from which you came, and the breasts that nursed you!
28 Jesus answered, But even more blessed is everyone who hears the word of God and puts it into practice.

The house of everyone who is without the presence of the Father, is a dirty place, full of unclean spirits, in total disorder and incomplete, but when he receives the visit of the Holy Spirit, who takes out everything that is not suitable, cleans and completes everything, instead of praying for the permanence of the Comforter, he brings back what was taken out, they are counting that the unclean spirits that went out will now return with seven worse than them. Looking at it from a mathematical point of view, it will no longer be one unclean spirit that dwells in the house next to the person who rejected the Holy Spirit, but eight, so that the subsequent state of that person will be much worse than it was before receiving the visit of the Savior.

I want to tell you something, if you have read this text it is because you have the restlessness of the presence of the eternal Father, and there is no one who wishes to be with you in your house, or better said, to make you his house. All the promises of prosperity that the Lord has for His children are within your reach, but you must let Him dwell in you and let Him take possession of your house. Remember that He is going to clean and put in order all the areas of your life, so you must know that some changes will not please you at first, but then you will understand that it has been the best for you.

To those who are not diligent it will cost them everything they have had, even if it is little; to those who oppose it will cost them their soul; but to those of us who work to receive it with honors, an honor awaits us that I cannot explain with words, only the Holy Spirit can show you what you will receive.

Dad is home and is putting everything in order. He brought many gifts for his diligent children, and he wants to gather those who are not home yet. Come and bring with you as many brothers as possible.

I bless your life in my Father's name, for your heart is already prepared for eternity and the prosperity He wishes to give you.
