A walk of reunion

Hi everyone. I hope you all are fine. I am doing well.

We all have some friends with whom we have spent some really beautiful moments of life. I have such friends as well. I have spent my university life with them. They used to be a really close and strong part of my life.

After university life, we grew apart. Everyone was soaked in their own struggles of career and other responsibilities. We couldn't get some time for each other. I graduated in 2021 which seems like yesterday. We weren't in touch.

My friends are from different cities which further makes it difficult to meet them regularly. However, in this Ramadan, some of them were here. I thought about a reunion. I contacted them and arranged a gathering at the park that we used to visit.

We all arrived there and I was so happy to see them. I met them and we talked about our beautiful memories there.

They told me during our walk about their struggles of life. All of us agreed that this phase might be difficult, but it is necessary for us to teach us that life isn't a bed of roses.

The weather is changing here in Pakistan. This is why we stood in the shadow of the tree. I told them about myself. I told them that despite not being in contact, I missed them a lot. I missed our long walks.

This reunion of us will be cherished by all. I know we will not get much of a chance to meet anytime soon , but this moment is what counts. I tried to live this walk of reunion to the fullest.

This walk reminded me to be grateful for everything. I've been blessed with really good friends. I'll forever be grateful to them for being kind to me always.

All of them were fasting. This is why we could not walk for that long. We sat in solace together and had this conversation.
