Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge - Aimless Ruleset

Greetings to all and sundry on this great platform, I welcome you all to my blog and today I write to participate in this week's battle mage secrets weekly challenge. I am very happy to be part of the Splinterlands family. I hope that you guys would like my entry. Without much ado, I would like to go straight to the purpose of this post. Today, the battle ruleset is "AIMLESS" and I would submit my entry to that here in this post including a video of my battle.

Summoner:

I chose the "SCARRED LLAMA MAGE" summoner. It was a 40-mana game condition and I had to manage my card selection to suit that. I chose the Scarred Llama Mage summoner so that my monsters would have an increase in health by two and also affect my monsters with the last stand ability. It also cleanses any negative effects inflicted on my monsters. My team lineup comprised the following; Failed Summoner, Arkemis the Bear, Lurking Puffer, Goblin Psychic, and Kron the Undying. The Kron the Undying monster was kept at the last position so it could take the last stand effect after all my monsters were eliminated.

1st Position:

Failed Summoner, this card has the magic reflect ability so any monster that attacks it by magic will also be inflicted with damage. It is a 2-mana monster with a speed of 2, 0 damage attack, and 4 health with 0 armor protection.

Round 1:

First, all monsters took their effect from the summoner by 2 extra health and also gave the last stand ability to all my monsters. My opponent's lineup comprised six monsters including the Mycelic Infantry, Queen Mycelia, Goblin Psychic, Iza the Fanged, Acid Shooter, and Hunter Jarx.

In the first round, the Iza the Fanged monster with the highest speed among all monsters attacked first with the range attack followed by my opponent's Acid Shooter's range attack after which my Kron the Undying monster attacked next. Subsequent attacks went on randomly and at the end of the round, there were no monsters eliminated from both sides.

Round 2:

In this round, as usual, Iza the Fanged monster attacked my Lurking Puffer monster first followed by a range attack from the Shooting Acid monster after which the Hunter Jarx monster attacked and eliminated my Failed Summoner monster.

At the end of the round, I was able to eliminate one of my opponent's monsters as well. The Mycelic Infantry monster missed its attack on my Arkemis the Bear monster. After which the round came to an end.

Round 3:

In this round, the Iza the Fanged monster attacked first on my Arkemis the Bear monster after which it attacked the Mycelic Infantry monster. The Kron the Undying monster's magic attack was able to eliminate the Queen Mycelia monster which took off the armor protection on its monsters.

At the end of the round, we both were having four monsters left on our team lineup.

Round 4:
In this round, the Iza the Fanged monster attacked first, followed by my first position monster after which Kron the Undying monster also attacked afterward.

At the end of this round, one of my monsters was eliminated and I was left with three monsters while my opponent was left with four monsters.

Round 5 to 11:
In this round, all my monsters were eliminated remaining with the Kron the Undying which had the last-stand effect but couldn't withstand all four monsters of my opponent.

This was how my battle went and my opponent won it with ease. I think the selection of my opponent especially the summoner used was a great one against me.

Thank you all for your time and attention for going through my post. A link to my battle is provided here Battle Link

It could be a great use of LLAMA MAGE and Kron the Undying with using two martyr ability Monsters Fungus Flinger and Venari Marksrat. You did well in this battle.
If I have to go with llama and Kron the Undying then I will choose martyr combination..
