Went Kallang Wave mall recently and was looking for lunch there. Went to A-one for some porridge.
最近去了 Kallang Wave 购物中心，在那里吃午餐。去A-one吃点粥。

It was a late lunch so wasn’t crowded. Looked at the menu for a while and placed our order

I got a Minced Meat & Meatball with Century Egg porridge. It was nice.
我点了一份肉挫肉丸皮蛋粥。很好吃。”
A Dry Scallop Boat Porridge for my wife
给太太的干贝艇仔粥。
We also had a Claypot Beancurd with Seafood. This one felt bit expensive but taste was Ok.
我们还吃了一份海鲜煲仔饭。 这个感觉有点贵，但是味道还可以。
More $56 for two people's meal
两人餐花了56元。

Nice looking lunch spot. Very modern feel and the food looks good. Is the porridge you had the same as Congee? I really miss have decent Chinese food now that I live away from any cities.
Yes, porridge is sometimes referred to as congee and vice versa. Actually, you should try look for some congee recipes and try to make them. Shouldn't be too difficult.
