Working from home on Friday and decided to go to the food centre for lunch for #marketfriday by @dswigle.

It wasn't crowded there. Bought a wanton noodle and a coffee from two different stalls.

Is telecommuting going to be a regular thing, Ace? @ace108 I think it would be nice to go out to lunch for a nice walkabout for a change in scenery.

The noodles look pretty good to me. It has a nice variety of ingredients. I hope it was good! Free coffee? Yes, please! Who doesn't love free!?

What is Cash Lah? I have never heard of it but it, but I don't get around much. :)

#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, and eventually branched out and evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. Many office don't allow the work from home option much.
I'm glad I can still choose to a couple of days a week if I want. I dislike the travel to office in public transport part.
Pay Lah is a local bank app in Singapore but the payment method is also integrated with Google Pay.
So, you use the Pay Lah app or Google Pay to scan the merchant's QR code and pay from the Pay Lah wallet or your bank account. Be care with the decimal point. 😎

It is really good that you can choose which way to work. Most people do not like the commuting part, especially if it takes a lot of time and traffic.

Interesting about the Pay Lah app. I think I may give that one a hard pass. The decimal points are always one of the things I have to watch carefully. So easy to misplace it!
