Friday was work from home day. Instead of ordering lunch for delivery, I decided to order through Food Panda and go pick up. It's not really cheaper then going there to buy and some items are actually more expensive but it saves me some time.
星期五是在家工作的一天。 我没有订购午餐送来，而是决定通过 Food Panda 订购然后去领取。 这不比去那里买便宜，有些东西实际上还更贵，但会为我节省了一些时间。

The coffeeshop with the dimsum stall was about 20 meters away and the food was ready for me to pick up. Just in time too as it started to drizzle when I left.

Back at home, after eating the porridge and lo mai kai with couple of the dim sum, we were quite full and left the carrot cake and spring roll for snacks later in the afternoon. Cost me less than $15. If I had to order the same for delivery, it would probably have been more than 20 bucks.

Me too! When I used to live in the San Francisco Bay Area, it was easy to find as there is such a large Asian population. I don’t think I have had it here in Minnesota.

I have not had a good spring roll in ages! I miss them. I should make some at home actually.
