The Age of Abundance is For Everyone(of All Ages)

It might seem odd that we would get to discuss the age of abundance during times when inflation is still quite high and affordability of common goods is somehow decreasing with every year. The age of abundance is a concept that was highly addressed by @taskmaster4450 on @leofinance and crypto is somehow an essential integral part of this concept.

I was recently talking with my dad who is close to retirement about topics such as personal finance, the revolution of finances, the media, and how much our living has changed mostly due to technology. On the one hand, we see people in Gaza getting butchered by AI-driven drones, and on the other, thanks to technology, some individuals have managed to make a decent living from the comfort of their homes.

A couple of weeks ago, some weird guy's account was recommended to me by Youtube algorithms and I clicked on the video from that account. So, basically what this dude does is post low quality videos of himself eating. The man is elderly, appears to have some sort of a handicap, and his financial situation doesn't seem too pretty to me.

Why did he start his crappy YouTube channel where he's rambling all sorts of nonsense while eating all sorts of normal foods in a quite barbaric way if you ask me, probably due to his handicap, is beyond my understanding, but...

And there is a BUT here. When I stumbled upon his channel he had 500 subscribers. Now he has 700 subs and he is close to monetizing his content. That struck a chord with me. If he can do it, I can do it too... For the moment I won't delve into becoming a YouTube star; vlogging is really not my thing, but I am considering starting a YouTube channel as an extra source of income.

I still don't have the whole picture in my head of how this channel will look like and what it is going to be about but somewhere in the back of my head this idea is alive and well and when I actually make this happen I will definitely use all sorts of AI programs to make my work easier.

You see, most of the so-called financial analysts when "analyzing the economy" are only taking into account traditional data like unemployment data and so on and so forth. They don't look much into alternative economies which are closely related to the online world which is gradually propelling us into the age of abundance.

Steem was once advertised as the platform where anyone could come, create an account, engage, push content on the platform, and have a chance to get monetized. Hive has taken that to a different level as the tokenization taking place here is way superior to Steem's.

There are accounts such as @lazy-panda who are earning 20% APR on a bit over one million HBD and don't have to do anything else. Do the economists take into account such revenues when analyzing the economy, or the YouTubers, cam models, and so on and so forth? I doubt that...

However, despite the threat of a recession (on paper), I still believe that thanks to the technological progress in place, the upcoming recession will be highly different from previous ones. We've opened new gates of abundance when the internet became easily accessible to everyone and AI combined with crypto will exponentially grow that potential.

Age is just a number as both young-aged "entrepreneurs" as well as the elderly can find a place in this new game which is part of the age of abundance. Making money out of thin air is literally possible and the fun part is that the masses can participate in that.

Fun times ahead...
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian

I wish you luck.

What you saw is referred to as a "mukbang" video. You can try to research it more on-line now that you know what the term is, but I can't guarantee you'll understand it any more better than you already do.

Just stick to watching ASMR and creepypasta videos on YouTube.😁
