Ups and Downs

I love this spring, I really do. It's just the fifth of April, and we already have summer-like temperatures here, and I've been spending very little time indoors lately. Winter was quite shitty, to be honest—too much rain and clouds. It wasn't too cold, but it wasn't proper winter either.

But this spring, this one's pure gold. Despite the tempting weather, I'm not skipping my gym sessions. I'm addicted to the gym, and even though it seems like fewer people are into working out, I'm still committed.

However, I'm not in the good camp when it comes to eating. I can't seem to stick to a diet. Like tonight, I indulged in a KFC meal that I enjoyed to a point, but after a couple of those chicken wings, I started feeling guilty for resorting to fast food too often.

The taste is good, don't get me wrong, but the calories and quality of those calories are shitty as fuck.

The town feels so alive with this early summer vibe. You can't imagine how many people were in the park this evening. There were some when I went there for my walk and to take some pics, but not as many as in the evening.

As I mentioned in my post yesterday, I believe 2024 will be a great year, and I'm honestly really excited about it. Crypto has been on a hell of a ride so far, and after the halving, it's only going to get better.

Right now, all you have to do is nothing. As simple as that might sound, it really isn't, because there's going to be volatility, and the masses don't like that. But those who pass the test of patience and volatility shall be rewarded.
