I've arrived late, but that's OK!

Hoy terminó la primera semana del desafío de julio de @dreemport y @Ecency. Entré tarde al desafío y lamentablemente me perdí la fiesta de clausura que organizo nuestra anfitriona y amiga @dreemsteem. Me han dicho que la fiesta estuvo muy buena y que todos se han divertido bastante. Al final, eso es lo que verdaderamente importa. De cualquier forma quiero compartir con ustedes algunas pocas reflexiones acerca de mi corta participación esta semana.

Today ended the first week of @dreemport and @Ecency's July challenge. I entered the challenge late and unfortunately, I missed the closing party organized by our host and friend @dreemsteem. I've been told that the party was very good and that everyone had a lot of fun. In the end, that's what really matters. Anyway, I want to share with you a few reflections about my short participation this week.

Llegué tarde

No tengo mucho tiempo en el Blockchain de Hive, pero hasta ahora mi experiencia a sido una verdadera aventura de aprendizaje y nuevas experiencias. Lentamente he desarrollado relaciones dentro de Hive y aquellos que me conocen un poco más saben que los desafíos se me dificultan un poco. No sé exactamente el motivo, pero es verdad. He intentado, pero muchas veces me siento abrumado con la cantidad de actividad y el número de desafíos que hay, lo cual ocasiona que simplemente me paralice y no haga nada. Llegué tarde porque realmente perdí el hilo y el lunes no supe como comenzar. Consulté con una profesional (@dreemsteem 😜) y creo que su diagnostico es acertado. Me dijo – ¡Lo estás pensando demasiado! Yo creo que ella tiene razón. Por eso agradezco su paciencia y ayuda, ya que eso fue lo que finalmente me hizo participar esta semana.

I arrived late

I don't have much time in the Hive Blockchain, but so far my experience has been a true adventure of learning and new experiences. I have slowly developed relationships within Hive and those who know me a little better know that the challenges are a bit difficult for me. I don't know exactly why, but it's true. I've tried, but many times I get overwhelmed with the amount of activity and the number of challenges out there, causing me to just freeze and do nothing. I was late because I really lost the thread and on Monday I didn't know how to start. I consulted with a professional (@dreemsteem 😜) and I think her diagnosis is correct. She told me – You overthinking it too much! I think she's right. So I appreciate her patience and her help, as that's what she finally got me to participate in this week.

Fue así que escribí mi publicación de introducción el martes y ese mismo día la publiqué. Pero por haber llegado tarde, comencé sin un compañero para el desafío. Sin embargo ese mismo día me contactó @idksamad78699 – un Hiver de Pakistán con quien había intercambiado comentarios brevemente – para preguntarme si yo quería ser su compañero en el desafío, a lo cual accedí. Aparentemente Dreemie le mencionó de mi y ese fue el motivo de su invitación. Lamentablemente no tuvimos realmente tiempo de conocernos mucho o intercambiar ideas. En parte por mi ineptitud con los desafíos y en parte por la diferencia de horarios entre Pakistán y Alemania. Lo único que puedo decir es que él y yo tenemos 3 meses en Hive and that he seems to be a nice guys. Sorry @idksamad78699 estoy seguro que llegaremos a conocernos mejor en el futuro.

So I wrote my introductory post on Tuesday and published it that same day. But because I was late, I started without a partner for the challenge. However that se day I was contacted by @idksamad78699 - a Hiver from Pakistan with whom I had briefly exchanged comments - to ask if I wanted to be his partner in the challenge, to which I agreed. Apparently, Dreemie mentioned me to him and that was the reason why he contacted me. Unfortunately, we didn't really have time to get to know each other much or exchange ideas. Partly because of my ineptitude with challenges and partly because of the time difference between Pakistan and Germany. All I can say is that he and I have 3 months in Hive and that he seems to be a nice guy. Sorry @idksamad78699 I'm sure we will get to know each other better in the future.

Mi experiencia esta semana

Aunque llegué tarde y me perdí la fiesta por causas de fuerza mayor, puedo decir que me he divertido mucho. He escrito un post menos que el resto de ustedes y prácticamente trabajado sin compañero, pero ha sido una experiencia enriquecedora. Por lo menos me ha ayudado a familiarizarme más con los desafíos y también conocer más de cerca a @unklebonehead y el proyecto de @ecency. Por cierto, desde que llegue a Hive hace tres meses probé las otras plataformas, pero sinceramente puedo decir que @ecency es mi plataforma preferida para publicar y leer contenido. Claro, de vez en cuando uso 3Speak o PeakD, pero @ecency es mi favorita. Su estructura y presentación simplemente me parecen limpios y amigables para el usuario. Y ahora que conozco un poquito más como funciona detrás de bambalinas a la gente y su filosofía, pues me hace sentir más a gusto todavía. Obviamente no puedo terminar sin agradecer todo el apoyo de la gente maravillosa de @dreemport. Son una comunidad maravillosa y Tengo muchas ganas de continuar trabajando con ustedes en el futuro.

Mi experience this week

Although I was late and missed the party due to force majeure, I can say that I had a lot of fun. I have written one less post than the rest of you and practically worked without a partner, but it has been an enriching experience. If nothing else, it has helped me become more familiar with challenges and I also got to know @unklebonehead and @ecency's project more closely. By the way, since I came to Hive three months ago I tried the other platforms, but I can honestly say that @ecency is my preferred platform for publishing and reading content. Sure, I occasionally use 3Speak or PeakD, but @ecency is my favorite. I just find its structure and interface clean and user-friendly. And now that I know a little bit more about how the people behind the scenes work and their philosophy, it makes me feel even more at ease. Obviously, I can't finish without thanking all the support from the wonderful people at @dreemport. You are a wonderful community and I look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.
