Whose Standards Are You Chasing

You realized you spent years chasing a lifestyle designed to impress others rather than living according to your own values. This is a pattern I see constantly, collecting milestones to satisfy external standards, only to find the victories feel hollow.

But here is the truth I have come to see. When success feels exhausting, it is usually because you built your achievements on external expectations instead of core values.

That creates a deep daily friction between who you are and what you do.
