4 Crimenes 4 Poderes/ El caso de la hermana del Sacerdote [SPA-ING]
Es un placer para mí estar de nuevo por acá, han surgido muchas cosas que debía atender las cuales han requerido mi tiempo y que han impedido o entorpecido el que yo pueda visitarles con mayor regularidad, entre los factores que me han influido se encuentra mi presión arterial, la he tenido muy descontrolada desde el día de la muerte de mi madre, ahora bien, quiero comenzar a compartir con ustedes las primeras impresiones de un libro que mencione en la publicación Mis lecturas para 2023 el libro es:
It is a pleasure for me to be here again, many things have come up that I had to attend to which have required my time and that have prevented or hindered me from visiting you more regularly, among the factors that have influenced me is my blood pressure, I have had it very uncontrolled since the day of my mother's death, now, I want to start sharing with you the first impressions of a book that I mentioned in the publication My readings for 2023 the book is:

Como ya les había dicho en la publicación mencionada al comienzo de este post, este libro basado en hechos reales cuyo autor fue Fermín Mármol León, quien fue comisario de lo que era en años anteriores la Policía Técnica Judicial, se dedicó a compartir en esta novela cuatro crímenes perpetrados entre octubre de 1961 y marzo de 1973, en los cuales las personas que resultaron seriamente comprometidas por las evidencias, terminaron evadiendo la justicia por las conexiones, vínculos y presión ejercida por algún poder del que formaban parte, así en esta publicación deseo hacer especial énfasis en el primer crimen del libro el cual se titula:
As I had already told you in the publication mentioned at the beginning of this post, this book based on real facts whose author was Fermín Mármol León, who was commissioner of what was in previous years the Judicial Technical Police, was dedicated to share in this novel four crimes perpetrated between October 1961 and March 1973, in which the people who were seriously compromised by the evidence, ended up evading justice because of the connections, links and pressure exerted by some power of which they were part, so in this publication I want to make special emphasis on the first crime of the book which is titled:
El caso de la Hermana del Sacerdote/ The Case of the Priest's Sister
(El Poder Eclesiástico)/ (The Ecclesiastical Power)
Este primer capítulo narra los hechos ocurridos en torno a la investigación del asesinato de Lídice Cuzati, quien fue violada y posteriormente apuñalada, toda la evidencia apuntaba como principal sospechoso a su hermano quien era sacerdote de nombre Pedro Luis Cuzati, el comisario Martínez León quien es el protagonista de la novela y a quien podríamos señalar como el alter ego del autor, es quien a lo largo del libro va investigando los casos y comparte durante el desarrollo de la obra todos los pasos que va dando en durante el proceso, el libro está narrado de manera que sientes que los hechos están ocurriendo a medida que los van leyendo o que son muy cercanos al momento, así esta novela esta vista desde el punto de vista y visón de un criminalista, que luego de reunir pruebas, de interrogar e investigar dirige sus sospechas y está convencido de que el culpable del asesinato de Lídice era su hermano y al mismo tiempo vemos como una sociedad descompuesta, corrupta y el poder de la iglesia influyen para que este sacerdote, no pasara de estar en prisión solo como sospechoso por años sin ser procesado o llegar a una sentencia definitiva.
This first chapter narrates the events surrounding the investigation of the murder of Lídice Cuzati, who was raped and later stabbed, all the evidence pointed as the main suspect to her brother who was a priest named Pedro Luis Cuzati, the commissioner Martinez Leon who is the protagonist of the novel and who we could point out as the alter ego of the author, is who throughout the book is investigating the cases and shares during the development of the work all the steps he is taking during the process, The book is narrated in such a way that you feel that the events are happening as they are being read or are very close to the moment, so this novel is seen from the point of view and vison of a criminalist, who after gathering evidence, questioning and investigating directs his suspicions and is convinced that the culprit of the murder of Lidice was his brother and at the same time we see how a broken society, corrupt and the power of the church influence for this priest, not to be in prison only as a suspect for years without being processed or reach a final judgment.
En torno a este crimen se narran cómo la iglesia usó todas sus influencias y poder para apoyar al padre y hasta asegurar que algunos hechos ocurridos a los involucrados en la investigación eran un castigo divino, de la misma manera se llegó a sospechar que la muerte de uno de los miembros del equipo en la investigación no fue un simple accidente.
Aunque no he terminado de leer el libro, hasta ahora va muy bien, es interesante, apreciar cómo un funcionario de la Policía ve los hechos desde su perspectiva, desde su óptica, así que a este capítulo le doy un 7/10.
Around this crime it is narrated how the church used all its influences and power to support the father and even ensure that some events occurred to those involved in the investigation were a divine punishment, in the same way it came to suspect that the death of one of the members of the team in the investigation was not a simple accident.
Although I have not finished reading the book, so far it is going very well, it is interesting, to appreciate how a police officer sees the facts from his perspective, from his point of view, so I give this chapter a 7/10.
En resumen, esta novela es para los que desean ver los acontecimientos ocurridos en una investigación desde la visión de un policía, de un criminalista y también como los poderes pueden impedir que se haga justicia, me despido hasta una próxima publicación, recuerden que están en libertad de dejar su comentario, sea que han leído este libro o han pensado en leerlo.

Amiga este libro lo leí hace años; ademas, también vi la película, este primer caso me llamo mucho la atención. Espero seguir leyendo para recordar cada uno de ellos. Mis saludos.

Este es un libro considerado por muchos una lectura obligatoria cuando estás estudiando la carrera de Derecho, recomendado por diversos profesores y compañeros de la universidad, pero que si soy honesta nunca he leído, no sé si porque siempre he preferido una lectura diferente. De cualquier manera sé que vale por completo la pena y sé que en algún momento voy a caer en sus redes aunque sea por curiosidad.
