All of us who make life in HIVE, at least have heard of Binance, an ecosystem where you can exchange, buy and sell a lot of cryptocurrencies, this platform is considered by many, the main blockchain ecosystem in the world, Many of us use this platform to store and exchange our precious HIVE, maybe by mistake you made a deposit from your HIVE wallet to Binance and you did not receive your HIVE, today I am going to share with you, in case you did not know, that there is a recovery method for cryptos.
Todos los que hacemos vida en HIVE, al menos hemos escuchado hablar de Binance, un ecosistema en el que se pueden cambiar, comprar y vender una gran cantidad de criptomonedas, esta plataforma, es considerada por muchos, el principal ecosistema de blockchains del mundo, muchos de nosotros usamos esta plataforma para guardar y cambiar nuestros apreciados HIVE, tal vez por un error has realizado de forma errónea un depósito de tu billetera o wallet HIVE a Binance y no te llegaron tus HIVE, hoy paso por acá a compartir contigo, por si lo desconocías, que existe un método de recuperación para criptos.
First I share with you my mistake, on Saturday I woke up very early and still sleepy and without putting on my glasses, I turned on my PC to transfer the HIVE I had to my Binance wallet, but between sleep and that I had not put my cravings instead of placing the memo generated by Binance, I put twice the address of my wallet and when I realized I had already authorized the transaction, in short the 54,414 HIVE were in limbo between HIVE and Binance.
Logically, I panicked, it was the only money I had to make some purchases and I thought I had lost them completely, but after having a coffee and calming down I thought with a cold mind and started to investigate if there was any way to make a claim or appeal as you can do when making P2P transactions and I discovered that there is, so here are the steps to make the claim and recover your HIVE.
Primero les comparto mi error, el sábado me desperté muy temprano y todavía con sueño y sin colocarme mis anteojos, encendí mi PC para transfer los HIVE que tenía a mi billetera Binance, pero entre el sueño y que no me había puesto mis antojos en lugar de colocar el memo generado por Binance, coloque dos veces la dirección de mi wallet y cuando me percate ya había autorizado la transacción, en pocas palabras los 54,414 HIVE estaban en el limbo entre HIVE y Binance.
Lógicamente, entre en pánico era el único dinero del que disponía para hacer algunas compras y pensé que los había perdido completamente, pero luego de tomar un café y calmarme pensé con mente fría y comencé a investigar si había alguna forma de hacer un reclamo o apelación como la que se pueden hacer cuando se realizan operaciones P2P y descubrí que si la hay, así que aquí te dejo los pasos para poder hacer el reclamó y recuperar tus HIVE.

Here it is important that you know where to locate the TxID/TxHash number, as you will need it, remember that the blockchains, such as ours, records absolutely everything we do, there you will go to the HIVE wallet and click on the withdrawal or transaction, there will open a new window that will give you exactly this number and all the details of that transaction.
Aquí es importante que sepas donde ubicar el número de TxID/TxHash, ya que lo necesitaras, recordemos que las blockchains, como lo es la nuestra, registra absolutamente todo lo que hacemos, allí iras a la wallet HIVE y pulsaras sobre el retiro o transacción, allí se abrirá una nueva ventana que te dará exactamente este número así como todos los detalles de esa transacción.
With that TX number and the exact amount of HIVE that you withdrew, complete the form and it will only allow you to generate the order if you have the complete data and there you will also be able to see in how many working days, approximately, you will receive a response and the commission that they will charge for the service.

Esta opción aparece en el mismo apartado de la recuperación por autoservicio con la opción de un botón amarillo enorme que claramente dice Retrieve the Deposit with Self-Service Recovery
