For as long as I could remember my friend Carlos was never a fan of coffee, in fact, he had never understood how his grandmother, mother and father looked so excited to drink coffee in the morning, nor did he understand how it is the first thing that many of his friends, family and co-workers prepare coffee before anything else after waking up.

All this was something we used to talk about before I was seduced by coffee, so when I became a coffee lover Carlos felt a little bit, let's say betrayed, but our sincere friendship of years resisted it and with my company he began to understand coffee lovers a little more although he refused to become one.

We were already 35 years old and Carlos had had a few relationships, but as his lifelong friend I had never seen him enthusiastic enough with any girl, but as it usually happens everything can change from one moment to another.

That afternoon Carlos called me excited and told me that he had to stop by the house urgently, he needed not only the advice of his best friend, but also that of a coffee lover, I was puzzled, but I waited for him at home.

When I opened the door my friend's face seemed to shine, he looked very excited and happy, so I dedicated myself to listen to him, I wanted to know what was the reason for this change. So Carlos told me about a young woman he met and who was perfect in his eyes, because it seemed, she was just as he had dreamed, but there was only one detail, she drank coffee, the same or more than me, that is, she was a coffee lover.

They had arranged a date, nothing more and nothing less than in the girl's favorite cafe and he wanted to impress her at all costs, so I had to tell him exactly what to do and what not to do, after hearing all that, inside I felt a delicious shiver, it was the perfect opportunity not only to help him, but also to take those small steps that would lead him to become a coffee lover.

Now, as a good friend, I recommended my friend to be polite and charming, to be a gentleman in every way and I also suggested him to be sincere, but very tactful about the fact that he did not drink coffee, but to make it clear that he was open to the fact that every time they went out he would accompany her for coffee and dessert without any problem.

After hearing my words Carlos's face was a poem, but he nodded and so a few days later he came home to tell me how much fun he had had in this cafe, he pointed out that the desserts were fresh and delicious, and that he was completely unaware that there was besides the traditional coffee, some with liquor and also cold, So that day I tried one with the girl and the date was perfect, and that week I would see her again in another café that she wanted to visit, so they began to see each other more often and Carlos began to try coffee, a few weeks later Carlos already had a lovely girlfriend to whom he introduced me and some time later the three of us drank coffee everywhere.

In summary, sincerity and being open to try can make a difference, thus ends my participation in the #STB 64 in which I helped my friend to get a girlfriend and at the same time I managed to turn him into a coffee lover.
