Nueva visita del COVID (ESP/ ING)
El COVID tiene acompañándonos 2 años, además de su primera versión o cepa, se han presentado en algunos países o continentes diferentes variables, este virus al parecer llego para quedarse, pues por mas esfuerzos que se han realizado sigue aquí con sus diferentes versiones de acuerdo a clima, lugar y hasta la genética de los seres humanos, ahora toda esta introducción se debe a que hace unos días comencé, con lo que parecía una gripe, pero tras ir avanzando los síntomas, todo parece indicar que es una de las nuevas variantes del COVID la conocida como XE

Lo primero que debo decir, es que no he realizado ninguna prueba que verifique mis sospechas, pero los síntomas son evidentes y hace un tiempo tuve primero COVID, afortunadamente muy leve y también OMICROM, me vacune tengo las dos primeras dosis , pero no me he colocado el tercer refuerzo, así que por ello sospecho que esta variante o mutación me ha afectado tanto, además de que al ser alérgica (Rinitis) soy mas vulnerable y con la compra reciente de un ventilador la alergia en mi salió a flote como tenía rato que no lo hacía, así que era el objetivo perfecto.

Por otra parte, esta variante la trajo mi hijo a casa, el como joven es necio y algo irresponsable y por más que le señalo que debe hacer buen uso del tapabocas en algunos lugares, además de no asistir a fiestas y reuniones, parece que hablara con la pared, así él fue el primero en manifestar síntomas y aun los tiene, es una variante fuerte que tarda en ser superada, la siguiente en comenzar con síntomas fui yo y la ultima mi madre, a mi esposo no lo he visto manifestar nada, pero él tiene un ventaja sobre nosotros, él si tiene el tercer refuerzo de la vacuna.

Ahora bien, cuáles son los síntomas de esta variante pues fiebre, tos, mucosidad en exceso, cansancio y dolor de cabeza este es un dolor insoportable que con acetaminofén de 650 mg, se calma mas no desaparece, irritación en la garganta, dolores musculares, estornudos, sudores nocturnos, náuseas y conjuntivitis y en mi caso perdí el olfato, estos son los que hemos presentado en casa, para los que desean mas información de esta variante por aquí les dejo un artículo que explica mas al respecto.

De la misma manera, en mi experiencia personal, esta es una variante terrible, sobre todo lo que es el dolor de cabeza ya que es muy fuerte, la tos seca y la irritación de la garganta te dan la sensación de que tienes meses sin ingerir liquido y al toser tanto terminas hasta vomitando, los sudores te despiertan lo poco que puedas dormir en la noche y la tos igual, la mucosidad es tanta que por mas que te suenes la nariz, continuas tapado y al poco tiempo sientes que estas de nuevo saturado, además de que terminas con toda la nariz irritada y rota, además de que se me han tapado los oídos, me pican y esto impide que escuche bien, hace un día comencé a sentir ardor y secreciones en un ojo y anoche era tanto el dolor y el ardor en ese ojo que casi no dormí, ahora lo que ha ayudado combatir o mas bien a sobrellevar los síntomas ha sido, acetaminofén de 650 mg antialérgico y jarabe para la tos, además de tomar abundantes líquidos, específicamente agua.
In the same way, in my personal experience, this is a terrible variant, especially the headache because it is very strong, the dry cough and throat irritation give you the feeling that you have months without drinking liquid and when you cough so much you end up vomiting, the sweats wake you up the little you can sleep at night and the cough is the same, the mucus is so much that even if you blow your nose, you continue clogged and soon you feel that you are saturated again, Besides that you end up with an irritated and broken nose, besides that my ears have become blocked, they itch and this prevents me from hearing well, a day ago I began to feel burning and secretions in one eye and last night was so much pain and burning in that eye that I almost did not sleep, now what has helped to combat or rather to cope with the symptoms has been, acetaminophen 650 mg antiallergic and cough syrup, plus drinking plenty of fluids, specifically water.
Terminando, esta variante es muy fuerte, lo puedo asegurar, las dos ocasiones anteriores, aunque me sentí muy mal fue solo por pocos días, esta vez ya tengo una semana o mas luchando con esto, así que mi recomendación para todos los que me leen es, cuídense y si no están vacunados piensen en hacerlo y si lo están y no se han colocado la tercera dosis no esperan mas, pues vean la diferencia que género en mi hogar, ahora me despido hasta la próxima publicación un abrazo para todos.

Lo bueno es que ya estás vacunada con dos dosis, así que tienes buena protección pese a que te falta la tercera. Y también ya superaste anteriormente el virus lo cual es buena señal de que esta vez también lo vas a superar. Saludos.

Espero que todo esté bien y que te recuperes pronto. Los muchachos ya no quieren escuchar. Mi hijo, sale, va a fiestas y los tapabocas a veces parecen de adorno. Pero hay que seguir tomando precauciones porque más allá de los síntomas molestos, lo peor son las secuelas que puede dejar en algunas personas.

Así es yo a veces le digo que yo se perdió un poquito de capacidad en un odio, pero es apenas, que no se me haga el sordo, eso es lo que me preocupa las secuelas he visto unas cosas que de verdad no son juego
