February 14, day of love and friendship. Although I think it is a commercial date and we should not wait for this day to tell our friends or sweethearts what they mean to us, it is also nice to see how someone surprises you with an unexpected detail in the place you least expected.

The truth is that the place where I least expected to receive some kind of detail was my work, since a few months ago the atmosphere there is really toxic, as I mentioned in a couple of publications, even a colleague stopped talking to me and I still do not know why and I will not ask, because I'm sure I did nothing.

There are sectarianisms and even groups that sometimes throw venom at others and that has turned the work environment into something very tense, but, on the other hand, there are still colleagues who are really nice and others whom I now call friends after getting to know them a little better.

From those cheerful colleagues who are always looking for unity, for harmony and for everything to flow, we all received a small gift, which I found very nice and praiseworthy: a little handmade box containing different sweets and a handmade bracelet.

What I liked most about this initiative was to see how with a smile they went through each of the stalls to deliver the detail. This was great and I think it is a nice way to spread joy and to call the rest of us to reflection and union.

As you will see, I took advantage of the moment to capture some images and share them. You can see the gifts and their contents, as well as some other photos with colleagues whom I appreciate.

In short, where one least expects, one can be surprised and it is good to open the mind and heart to be infected by those people who bring light and joy to our lives.

14 de febrero, día del amor y la amistad. Si bien creo que es una fecha comercial y que no debemos esperar este día para decirle a nuestros amigos o amorcitos lo que representan para nosotros, también es grato ver como alguien te sorprende con algún detalle no esperado en el lugar que menos pensabas.

La verdad el lugar en el que menos esperaba recibir algún tipo de detalle era mi trabajo, ya que desde hace unos meses el ambiente allá está verdaderamente tóxico, como ya comenté en un par de publicaciones, hasta una compañera dejo de hablarme y todavía no sé por qué y no voy a preguntar, ya que estoy segura de que yo no hice nada.

Hay sectarismos y hasta grupos que a veces lanzan veneno a otros y eso ha tornado el ambiente de trabajo en algo muy tenso, pero, por otro lado, todavía hay compañeros que son realmente agradables y otros a los que ahora llamo amigos tras conocerlos un poco más.

De esos compañeros alegres que siempre buscan la unión, que exista armonía y que todo fluya, recibimos todos un pequeño detalle, cosa que me pareció muy agradable y digno de elogiar: una cajita hecha a mano que contenía en su interior diferentes dulces y una pulsera hecha a mano.

Lo que más me gustó de esta iniciativa fue ver como ellos con una sonrisa pasaron por cada uno de los puestos a entregar el detalle. Esto fue genial y creo que es una linda manera de contagiar alegría y de llamarnos al resto a la reflexión y la unión.

En resumen, donde uno menos espera puede resultar sorprendido y es bueno abrir la mente y el corazón para contagiarse de esas personas que traen a nuestra vida luz y alegría.
