Three weeks ago, I visited the Páramo Café del Centro and shared with you a publication of my impressions about this place that I wanted to know so much, there I also mentioned that it is not the only location of this chain or franchise, but what I did not know was that they were about to open a new location on the Boulevard de Sabana Grande, which I discovered when I went by and saw that they were giving the final touches to their new location, A week later, when I was returning from buying some medicine for my mother, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was already open to the public, so I decided to go in and visit it.

Thursday of last week, was for me an emotional day, I burst after days with different things around me, I was very sad, in fact I unburdened a little with one of the beautiful people I have met in #HIVE and although I did not feel like going out because of the sadness that surrounded me, because of my mother's need and knowing that it is not good to get caught by sadness, I went out and while returning I found this new Paramo Café open to the public, so without thinking much I entered and this is what I found.

As for the consumption area, it is very cozy with approximately 8 tables and from there you can see the section of products for sale where you can find the different types of coffee roasts and ceramic cups and glasses of which I spoke in the previous publication, for the information of the beautiful @macchiata and for me, who wish to acquire some of these beauties, the cups have a cost of $ 10 and the glasses from $ 12 to $ 15, depending on the presentation you choose.

As for the selection that I decided to consume this time, there was a lemon muffin and a small guayoyo, this time I ordered a small coffee since they do not give much sugar and I love to drink sweet coffee, as for muffin, it was very rich but a little dry and not because it was old is the contexture it has due to its ingredients.

On the other hand, the staff here is also very friendly and answer all your questions without hesitation, they even recommend you something if you have doubts about what to choose and to continue getting used to it, they also take our order to the table.

Finally, this little time I spent in this new location was great, it is a small but cozy place and is located at the beginning of the Boulevard de Sabana Grande, in front of Las Acacias Avenue, in one of the premises of a building that for some time were student residences and next to Golfeados San Jacinto (another place I must visit), so if you are in Caracas and want to visit it I highly recommend it, so I'll leave you until a future publication in which I hope the coffee will also be present.

Hace tres semanas, visite el Páramo Café del Centro y compartí con ustedes una publicación, de mis impresiones acerca de este lugar que tanto deseaba conocer, allí también les hice mención de que no es la única sede de esta cadena o franquicia, pero lo que no sabía era que estaban por inaugurar una nueva sede en el Boulevard de Sabana Grande, cosa que descubrí al pasar por allí y ver que daban los toques finales a su nuevo local, esto me emociono mucho, una semana después cuando regresaba de comprar una medicinas a mi madre, me encontré con la grata sorpresa de que ya está abierto al público, así que decidí entrar y conocerlo.

El jueves de la semana pasaba, fue para mí un día emotivo, estalle luego de días con diversos cosas rondándome, estaba muy triste, de hecho me desahogue un poco con una de las personas bellas que he conocido en #HIVE y aunque no tenía ganas de salir por la tristeza que me rodeaba, ante la necesidad de mi madre y sabiendo que no es bueno dejarme atrapar por la tristeza, salí y mientras regresaba encontré abierto al público esta nueva sede de Paramo Café, así que sin pensarlo mucho entre y esto fue lo que encontré.

Esta sede, es pequeña en comparación con la del centro, pero no por ello menos acogedora y agaradable, aunque su distribución es un poco diferente, al tener que adaptarse al local disponible y en esta sede ver los precios de los productos se me hizo un poco complicado, ya que en mi opinión el menú quedo muy alto, pero como de costumbre y como compensación y tentación, su vitrina mostraba una cantidad delicias de las cuales no sabes cual elegir.

En cuanto a la zona de consumo, es muy acogedora cuenta con aproximadamente 8 mesas y desde alli se ve la sección de productos para la venta donde se encuentran los diferentes tipos de tostados de café y las tazas y vasos de cerámica de los que les hable en la publicación anterior, para información de la bella @macchiata y para mí, que deseo adquirir alguna de estas bellezas, las tazas tienen un costo de 10 dólares y los vasos desde 12 hasta 15 dólares, dependiendo de la presentación que se elija.

En cuanto la selección que decidí consumir esta vez, estuvo un muffin de limón y un guayoyo pequeño, esta vez pedí un café pequeño ya que no dan mucha azúcar y yo amo tomar el café dulce, en cuanto muffin, estaba muy rico pero un poco seco y no porque estuviera viejo es la contextura que tiene debido a sus ingredientes.

Por otro parte, aquí el personal también es muy amable y responden a todas tus preguntas sin duda, incluso te recomiendan algo si tienes dudas sobre que elegir y para continuar mal acostumbrándonos, también nos llevan el pedido a la mesa.

Por último, este ratito que pase en esta nueva sede fue genial, es un lugar pequeño, pero acogedor y se encuentra comenzando el Boulevard de Sabana Grande, frente a la Av Las Acacias, en uno de los locales de un edificio que por algún tiempo fueron unas residencias estudiantiles y al lado de Golfeados San Jacinto (otro lugar que debo visitar), así que si te encuentras en Caracas y lo quieres visitar te lo recomiendo ampliamente, así me retiro hasta una próxima publicación en la que también espero este presente el café
