The daily happenings of today's fast-paced life tend to stress us out, perhaps some days more than others, thinking that we must solve certain pressing situations such as canceling services, buying food or having to deal with situations or co-workers or family crises.
When these situations arise, we often lose our center, sometimes for a short time, sometimes for longer, but all of us at some point have discovered that performing certain actions allows us to return to that center and recover part or all of the well-being that does us so much good.
Now, over the years I have discovered what those activities or strategies are that allow me to get back on track to regain my wellness:
Everything Happens
A few years ago I read the famous book "La culpa es de la vaca" if you have read it there is among its chapters one that is titled "El mensaje del Anillo" there basically reminds us that whatever the problem or situation passes, it is likely that the most acute moment of the crisis we think that what we live is eternal, but no, everything passes and yes it does, sooner or later everything passes, so when I am living something that seems to be at the end of the world and can be a horrible crisis I remember that everything passes and I feel that my anxiety begins to disappear.
Surround myself with positive people
Over the years I have learned that in the world there are people who only know how to complain and always see the bad, they seem to carry over them perpetually a black cloud and never see positive things in anything, I have learned that such people should stay away and I must stay close to positive people who always see the beautiful or the good even in the blackest situations, they see in everything a learning a lesson, those who face challenges without fear and who infect us with their encouragement, positivity and good humor, being with people like that makes or allows you to go forward to the good.
Every day already has its problems
In the Bible there is a verse that makes me remember that each day has its own problems and I should not stress about tomorrow, eye this does not mean that I should leave for tomorrow some issues that I can solve today, but I should not be consumed by something that does not happen yet.
Matthew 6:34 (NIV)
"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, which will have its own worries. Each day already has its own troubles."
Walk
Many, but many times when my mind refuses to stop it needs oxygen to go through my body and nothing better than walking, that helps me to calm down, to take oxygen, to drain and to think about it from another angle, it seems a lie to remain alone sitting, long time, watching television or whatever is not healthy not only for our body but also for our mind, our whole body needs more oxygen and even change of environment and nothing better than walking and more if there is nature around.
Finally, I could mention more activities, such as writing, talking with a good friend, having a coffee and thinking, or hugging my cats, their purring is an excellent therapy, but I leave you these four, I want to thank my friend @brujita18 for the invitation and I take this opportunity to invite my friends @popurri and @cirangela to participate in this beautiful initiative Strategies for wellness.

This is one of the smartest moves you can do because positive people make a positive environment and this will overall help us to spend our life in positivity.
Whether you like it or not, being around negative people makes us darker, so it is best to stay away from them and surround yourself with positive and cheerful people.
Hola.
Me gusta tu post.
