It's #Caturday the perfect occasion to share the latest mischief of two of my cats Greta and Rusa, if you have a kitty or more than one, you know for sure that they are witty and make us laugh with their crazy antics, I enjoy their racing moments, although sometimes I have been affected, when I become part of the race track, they also make me laugh when they hunt me, when they play with each other or challenge me, but this morning when I woke up or rather when I deigned to get out of bed I found a surprise.
Es #Caturday la ocasión perfecta para compartir la última travesura de dos de mis gatas Greta y Rusa, si tienes un minino o mas de uno, sabes de sobra que son ocurrentes y nos hacen reír con sus locuras, yo disfruto sus momentos de carreras, aunque a veces me ha visto afectada, cuando paso a formar parte de la pista de carreras, también me hacen reír cuando me cazan, cuando juegan entre ellos o me retan, pero esta mañana al despertar o mejor dicho cuando me digne a levantarme de la cama me encontré con una sorpresa.

Me levante de mi cómoda cama y camine al baño, en ese momento no le preste mucha atención a lo que Greta estaba masticando, ya que vi que todavía tenia croquetas en su plato y conociendo lo glotona que es, no enfoque bien a ver lo que tenía en la boca, además de que no me había puesto los lentes, hasta que al salir del baño, percibí primero, que el sonido al masticar no correspondía al de un gato comiendo croquetas, segundo cuando me detuve a observar mejor veo que estaba masticando la cabeza del pichoncito que ven en las fotografías.

Pero lo que mas me sorprendió no fue eso, fue que al acercarme para observar bien, ella me considero una posible amenaza a su presa, pues me gruño como advertencia, esto me causo gracia, pero sé es parte de su instinto, además de que Greta desde cachorrita a demostrado tener una personalidad bien definida y firme

Ante la actitud de Greta, decidí alejarme de la escena del crimen y para mi sorpresa Greta luego de comerse la cabeza del pobre pichón, dejo el resto del cuerpo allí, creí que podría hacer el levantamiento del cadáver, pero cuando me dirigía a buscar el cepillo y la pala, entro en acción Rusa que es a la que ven en la foto con los restos en la boca, ella jugo con ese cuerpito hasta que se canso, lo lanzo al aire, le dio con las patitas de un lado a otro de la sala de estar, hasta que se cansó de esperar algún movimiento y me lo dejo debajo de la mesa del comedor.
Presumo que ese pichón cayo de algún nido, pues ayer mi hermano que vive cerca, le quito uno igual a su gato, pero también sé y reconozco que Greta es una experta, feroz y eficiente cazadora, la he visto subir arboles de manera sorprendente y bajarlos sin ningún problema llevando presas en su boca.

No les puedo negar que me da mucho dolor, ver como traen a casa pajaritos, lagartijas, culebras, ratones, ratas, grillos y muchos otros, pero es su instinto y es algo que no pueden reprimir y mas teniendo tanta vegetación alrededor, pero al mismo tiempo es sorprendente verlos aplicar sus habilidades de caza.
Para los que puedan desconocer el que los gatos aprendan a cazar, trepar arboles y muchas cosas mas, depende no solo de sus instintos, también es algo que sus madres le enseñan durante su periodo con ellas, por ello, es importante que los gatitos no sean separados de sus madres antes de tiempo, pues esto los afecta mucho, ya que primero deben recibir la lecha materna, su madre es quien los estimula las primeras semanas para que hagan sus necesidades, segundo ellas les enseñan a acicalarse, a cazar, trepar, en fin todo lo que ellas a su vez aprendieron de sus madres.

Finalmente, los gatos son animales muy agiles y juguetones, son cazadores natos, al ser carnívoros por excelencia, de esas cazas no solo han traído cadáveres, también animales vivos, muy vivos, como les he compartí una vez con la publicación de la serpiente, pero es algo, que se muchas veces hacen por compartir conmigo su comida, pues son conscientes de que yo no sé cazar. Ahora me despido deseando compartan conmigo sus experiencias u opiniones en el cajón de comentarios.
Son cazadores expertos, mi gatito tiene menos de un año de edad (o muy próximo), y ya ha cazado varios animales entre cucarachas, ratones, lagartijas y algunas aves.
Hace poco estaba en la casa y mi hermana me hizo salir corriendo a la sala, logré ver al gato ya con un pajarito atrapado, logré que lo soltará a tiempo.
Recientemente aprendió la lección y paso lo mismo, esta vez el gato al ver que mi hermana se acercaba, terminó de darle la mordida letal al pajarito, cómo diciendo "llegaste tarde humana"... Y bueno, lo dejamos disfrutar su cacería.

Es una belleza esa panterita, ellos son sumamente inteligentes, esta vez se negó a dejar lo que tanto esfuerzo le había costado.

Veo que Greta es muy buena cazadora, y según las plumas del difundo pichoncito, era una cría de loro, es una lástima, quizás se cayó de un árbol, pues ellos generalmente anidan en oquedades en la parte más alta de las palmeras. Ciertamente es su instinto y no pueden ser reprimidas. Saludos.
Greta es muy buena cazadora y sí mi esposo vio la foto, pues no esta y también dijo que era un lorito, me dio mucho sentimiento, pero cuando llegue ya no había nada que hacer ya estaba muerto. por aquí hay palmeras sus nidos deben estar allí

La terrible Greta, esta vez no compartió contigo su presa jajajaja, definitivamente tienes tus proveedores en algún momento de necesidad jajajaja. Esto me recuerda una anécdota de vida que leí en una ocasión, donde la dueña de un gatito que era muy cazador sobrevivió ella y su hija, durante la segunda guerra mundial porque su gato les traía su caza que compartía con ellas para comer...hay historias impresionantes de nuestros mininos ¡Saludos y bendiciones amiga!
Mi Greta al igual que tu Aurora son de armas tomar y si ella trajo su parte del mercado. esa historia de la segunda guerra mundial no la conocía, me has dejado con la boca abierta , definitivamente tenemos mucho que aprende de los animales.
Bueno tu sabes que yo me la mantengo oyendo y viendo documentales, en mis ratos de ocio y de esa epoca, me llaman bastante la intención. Y ese fue un mínimo héroe jejejeje
