A few days ago, while I was taking some pictures of the current state of my mother's jade tree, I noticed that on one of its branches there was what I think is a grasshopper, although it would be the first time I see such a big one.

I couldn't help but try to take more pictures of it, which was not easy, because if I got too close this insect would jump and I would be left with the desire to photograph it and share the images.

Hace unos días, mientras tomaba unas fotografías del estado actual del que fuera el árbol de jade, mi madre, me percate que sobre una de sus ramas había lo que creo es un saltamontes, aunque sería la primera vez que veo uno tan grande.

No pude evitar el tratar de tomarle más fotografías, lo que no fue fácil, ya que si me acercaba mucho este insecto saltaría y me quedaría con las ganas de fotografiarlo y de compartir las imágenes.

It was a challenge to capture these images, because I was in one of the back branches and in that place there is not good lighting, plus I was a little anxious to get a good shot, in fact, as you can see, there is a blurry picture, because my hands were shaking, and the camera decided to focus more on the things that were behind, besides being attached to a fence it was difficult to take shots from another angle.

Fue todo un reto capturar estas imágenes, pues estaba en una de las ramas posteriores y en ese lugar no hay buena iluminación, además de que estaba un poco ansiosa por lograr una buena toma, de hecho, como ven, hay una fotografía borrosa, gracias a que me temblaban las manos, y la cámara decidió enfocar más las cosas que estaban detrás además de que al estar pegada de una reja era complicado hacer tomas desde otro ángulo.

I loved the color of this insect, which undoubtedly has the purpose of blending in with the rest of nature and its antennae that seemed to move with the purpose of capturing.

De este insecto me encanto su color, el cual tiene sin duda el propósito de mimetizarse con el resto de la naturaleza y sus antenas que se veían moverse con el propósito de captar.
