How to prepare Broccoli sauce for white rice// creative-sunday prompt.

Hello friends. Happy to meet you guys again. I believe that we had a great Sunday celebration.

Today I am making a very special sauce called broccoli sauce, it is rare to see people make this kind of sauce because we are too usd to additives, and for this kind of food is just natural and no additives at all or even preservatives because you will have to finish it that day you made it. I wish that people begin to patronize because of the health benefits. This is a very nice dish that I love to use to take my Sunday rice. Though not everyone in my family likes it but I sure do enjoy it with my husband because of the health benefits. It has a lots of benefits for our body especially for those with cholesterol issues.

It serves like stew and I use it with white rice.

Ingredients for making broccoli sauce:

Broccoli

Cauliflower or pholkopi

White or purple cabbage

Pasalai

Peace

Sillery

Onion

Carrot

Little G/nut oil

Steps on how to prepare it.

Take your time to wash probably with salt- the broccoli, cabbage, silari, peace, carrots, kauli flow, onion, and pasili to your satisfaction.

Step two:
Also take your time and slice them all very well to your taste.

Step three:
Add a little G/nut oil.

Add onion to fry for two minutes.

Add all everything together and allow it to fry for four more minutes. Bring down and start consuming it.

Your broccoli sauce is ready to be used with white rice.

Some like eating it with Irish potato, or you can just enjoy it like you are taking vegetables sauce.

This is a very healthy food to be consumed by the family. Thanks very much and do have a great week ahead.

I've never heard of or had brocoli sauce before and I'm having some doubts on whether I'd like it or not if I do get to have a taste.. But it does look really good here.

It looks very healthy and delicious. I made a similar dish but just consider it cooked vegetables. I agree with you - I do not use additives but love to use natural herbs and spices.

What is the meat on top in the last photo?

WOW! The meat? Hahaha 😂. I took it from another food. I didn't add meat while cooking it, because I had meat already prepared for another food.
Thanks for hopping in.
