Hello dear friends, welcome back to my blog for this week. I believe that the new month is filled with so many great things ahead for us. So, let's move on with happiness.

For this week I will love to talk about what I see as happiness and how it works for me. I actually believe that no one will determine my own happiness. If I want to be happy ia up to me.

Happiness is an abstract noun. Something that we can not touch, see. But we can only feel happiness. One thing I know is that I own myself happiness. If I am not happy I should be held responsible. Someone else can not determine my own happiness. I need to put myself in a happy mood all the time. I know that at times one thing or the other may affect the way I feel for some time, but I need to know how to control my emotions so that I can be happy for the journey ahead.

What is happiness from my own point of view?
According to oxford dictionary-
Happy itself is Having a feeling arising from a consciousness of well-being or of enjoyment. Well this is from the dictionary. And we know that happiness comes from the word happy. So, from all indications, happiness is derived from the fact that something have been achieved. Knowing that what I have set out to do have been done and the result is okay. That knowledge brings about happiness. If you have failed it becomes very difficult to be happy because you will be disappointed and you know that others will be disappointed with you too. So that will bring a sad moment to you.

For me I see happiness as something that comes to one when there is success. But I still think that we should somehow look for a way to make ourselves happy even when we have not achieved the set goal. Definitely one will feel bad when we did not achieve a set goal, but we can still decide to move away from that sad moment and put on a garment of happiness just to cheer ourselves up and continue the journey. We can't just sit one place and continue to mourn just because we have failed. We need to be happy come what may. No one will determine my happiness because is up to me to decide if I want to be happy.

You are right, no one would determine my happiness. It's my decision to be happy or not, no matter the circumstances.

yes! most part of your happiness depends on you. Because of this we should try to be happy most of the time

Indeed happiness is a personal choice and nobody has the right to choose what makes one happy.
