Recuerdos de la visita a Chile [EN]

Hola mi gente 🤗, ya estoy de vuelta.| Hello my people 🤗, I'm back.

Today I want to tell you about the experience lived in a visit I made to Chile, it was planned for the summer months, specifically for the month of November so there was a cozy temperature, the stay was concentrated mainly in the capital city, Santiago de Chile, although on one occasion we were invited to a wine tasting in Viña del Mar of which I will tell you in another publication so I suggest you follow me so you can see it, there I will give you my experiences about it.

In this visit we had as a plan to venture mainly in three places, which could not be missing in our agenda: Palacio de La Moneda, Gran Torre de Santiago and Cerro San Cristobal.

The photos that I will share with the @Pinmapple community speak for themselves, of how hectic life is in the cities of our countries, of the initiatives, creativity and faith of our people to get by or survive in underdeveloped countries.

The day after our arrival, after finishing work without much to think about, we set out to start our visit plan, and the first place to visit was the Palacio de La Moneda, known by all as La Moneda, historical and emblematic site of Chile, at the time we went there it was full of tourists who did not cease in their eagerness to focus their cameras to keep as I did a good memory of this place

For a Cuban to have the opportunity to visit a skyscraper was something that could not miss in my adventure in this land, well I guess you know that I mean the building Costanera Center Tower 2 or Great Tower of Santiago as many know it, well the opportunity arose and we headed there, I remember it was Sunday, a sunny, cool day with a nice breeze so we decided to go walking, bordering the entire Rio Mapocho to our ultimate goal, the great tower.

On the way the fear came to my mind because we were in a country with a vast history of earthquakes and our idea was to visit the viewpoint located on the top floor of the tower. What a fear if at that moment only an aftershock occurs, luckily nothing out of the ordinary happened, only to feel very small oscillations caused by the wind of the place.

For the third and last visit of our agenda, for which our budget reached the limit allowed for us, we decided to visit the San Cristobal Hill and the Immaculate Conception Sanctuary, for this we ventured to take the subway of the city and asking the travelers who were around us tell us where we should stay.

**The Cerro San Cristobal is one of the main catholic cults in Chile, is an emblematic site with spectacular views and an excellent place to photograph the city, besides being visited by many people, tourists, home and pilgrims, I was struck by the peculiar way to climb the hill which is like a train pulled by chain and moves through a counterweight system that has implemented.

At the time of the visit to the Cerro de San Cristobal Sunday mass was celebrated in the Santuario Inmaculada Concepcion, my astonishment was immense to see how a large number of people came to the sound of the bells and my astonishment was not by the number of Catholics or religious people who may practice the Catholic religion in the country but by the remoteness of the sanctuary and its complexity to reach it.

On the way to the Great Christ standing on the top of the hill, who greets with his two open hands and prays for all the inhabitants of the city of Santiago de Chile, we saw where visitors leave their offerings as a gift to the Christ who takes care of his city.

As I always say, to travel is to transport you to another dimension, it is to get to know different customs and ways of doing things differently.

And you friends, what are you waiting for to start that journey...?

Y este soy yo

Thank you very much for making it to the end | Muchas gracias por llegar hasta el final.
Look forward to your comments | Espero sus comentarios.

Yo no he podido viajar, o sí.
