The temple of Kiririsha

Visiting a famous and old historical temple
Chughazanbil = Chagha means hill and Zanbil means basket

This magnificent temple is dedicated to the goddess Kire Risha, the mother of gods, and has a brick facade
In this temple, there are many stone cylindrical seals that were decorated with the names of kings

Chaghazanbil Temple is located in the southwest of Iran, in Shush city of Khuzestan province, and near Haftpeh ancient area.

We spent hours there, the weather was very hot and the scorching sun could burn my face and dehydrate us, so I threw my shawl over my head so that I could continue on my way.

Large platforms were for inscriptions or a place for altars

There are several types of brick platforms in the exterior of Chaghazanbil, one of them is round and has an arch.
These places were built to keep inscriptions and statues
Of course, these platforms were built as altars according to other people's belief, and who knows what the truth of the story was?
