Hello friends . A few nights ago I grilled octopus for dinner
We ordered these octopuses from the south a few months ago and they were mailed to us. I froze them to use at different times.
I wanted to grill it and that night we decided to do it with a lamb skewer on the side.
Dinner was light and good

Since I only like it grilled, we did this method
Some people first boil the octopus and then grill it, this way the octopus becomes very soft
But I put it directly on the fire
First, I added salt, pepper and a little barbecue sauce to it and added a little turmeric to it
I can say that the consumption of turmeric in our house is relatively high and I add turmeric to most of the dishes
